Buzz Cannabis has consistently been one of the best dispensaries I've visited. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. They're knowledgeable about their products and always give honest recommendations based on what I'm looking for, whether it's flower, concentrates, or edibles. The selection is impressive, with a wide variety of quality brands and strains at different price points. I've found that the products are always fresh, and the deals they offer make it easy to try something new without breaking the bank. The store itself is clean, organized, and has a relaxed atmosphere that makes shopping enjoyable. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I appreciate how professional and friendly everyone is. If you're looking for a dispensary with excellent customer service, great product quality, fair prices, and a welcoming environment, I would definitely recommend giving Buzz Cannabis a visit. It's become my go-to spot for all my cannabis needs. read more

I can't say enough good things about Buzz Cannabis in Sorrento Valley! Every time I visit, I'm impressed by their friendly, knowledgeable staff who take the time to listen and help you find exactly what you need -- whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or new to cannabis. The selection here is top-notch, with a huge variety of flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and more, all at great prices and with daily deals that make it easy to try something new. Parking and pickup are a breeze, and ordering online for quick in-store pickup has been super convenient. Buzz Cannabis gets the job done, but the overall experience was just average. The store is clean and organized, and the product selection is decent with a variety of brands and price points. However, the customer service felt inconsistent, staff weren't very engaged and didn't offer much guidance unless asked. For beginners or anyone looking for recommendations, that's a bit of a downside. Pricing is fair compared to nearby shops, but not particularly competitive. Checkout was smooth, which I appreciated. Overall, it's a convenient spot if you know exactly what you want, but not the best place if you're looking for a more personalized or informative experience. read more
