Outstanding Service & work. I can't think of anything negative. All persons involved were very professional & polite.

My wife reached out to Puragain and the Angel Nieto came over, explained everything to us and even helped us with a water pressure issue. Would recommend to anyone. Installation was simple and fast. Simple set up and financing! Thanks Angel read more

Bad installation lead to a leak damaging my garage finished wall. They promised to fix it. It's been over a year and they avoid my calls. I asked to talk to the supervisor, no response. Not even for my year service to change the filters they're showing up. And I paid the system in full. Very irresponsible and unethical company. read more

After speaking to Tommy , a rep for Puragain, my issues were resolved and I was credited with a free yearly tune up I was so impressed how quickly they addressed my concerns and educated me about the process The water system works so well and now I know the company stands behind their product to make sure the customer is completely satisfied A five star review for sure ! read more

Had for over a year and water quality is fantastic. Reason for three stars is because of service. After one year the were supposed to notify me of a filter change and provide service. They did not and I called them to change the filters which was much needed which costed 250 when originally I bought it the sales man told me it was only going to cost 120 a year to change the filters. Also when they changed the filters I told the technician that they need to reroute the pipes because when they were installed it was done wrong. The technician said they would send someone to fix it but they never did so now I have to call again and schedule an appointment. Water is great but the service Is horrible. read more

I am very happy with my Pureagain water system. From the get go they were phenomenal. The salesman Brett was very thorough and explained everything about this water system. We did a lot of research prior to buying it and found that pureagain offered the best system/service for the dollar. They came in a little higher than the others but the value was miles ahead. The guys that came by to install the system were very professional and knew what they were doing. Eric, I have to say was the best. He went above and beyond making sure that our system was perfect. Eric is a great worker and just as much a fine human being. They should consider him for a promotion. The quality of the water in our house is 100% better. You can see it, feel it, and taste it. So happy with Pureagain. Eric, Brett, and the whole team rock! You guys are the standard. read more

I want to start off first by stating that I've never dealt with a more professional, knowledgeable and down-to-earth person like our sales rep Jason Cook. Jason took his time in explaining everything to us and I am a customer with a ton of questions, and he was well versed on each and everyone. I was quite impressed with his ability to describe and articulate his different visons with our ideas as well and incorporate them and make them work together. He was not pushy or demanding like the other water companies we dealt with, he was quite the opposite. Jason has exceptional customer service skills on top of knowing his type of industry is incredible and very valuable. I cannot express our gratitude for this young man going above and beyond his required task. He's very friendly, accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Our installation team was awesome as well. Tyler explained everything in detail from start to finish and the quality of work was outstanding; he was great to work with in every aspect. Jose Pineda was also very helpful with all of our install questions and cleaned up well after themselves and took great pride in his work. What an awesome team at Puragain water. I would highly recommend this wonderful family company. Update: We have been using our purification system for over 4 months now and couldn't be happier and we take our filtered water wherever we go. It's like night and day. We couldn't be happier, and we refer our family, friends and neighbors to them. Thank you Puragain Water for treating us like part of your family! I forgot to add Puragain had the best results and most fair pricing for what we got. The Miller family is grateful. read more

We can drink from anywhere, it tastes clean and no more odors of chlorine from our city. Sergio, the sales rep, was straight to the point and answered my questions, so I proceeded with the install. They came in easily $3k cheaper than Culligan. My main waterline was a mission to get to but Jared figured it out and was able to solder my line even in a very tight spot. He made it work and no leaks. Jared also followed up and came back to install insulation to all exposed copper lines since my area freezes. Water quality has changed as well for the better. It's easily the best bang for your buck because it includes whole house filtration and under the sink alkaline system. read more

Buyer Beware! False advertising we installed out system around December of 2023 and we're told our yearly filter replacements would be $200 max. We changed our filters in March of 2025 ( a little more than a year we know) but their maintenance prices have gone up to $450 and that's for the supposed "good" filters and the basic package starts at $325. Something is seriously wrong with this price hike. I don't know if there was some company restructure but this kind of change is crazy. $450 every year After having paid $5k what a bait and swap. We as home owners do not need to deal with this type of greed. What prevents them from raising the price again in the future? Dishonest pricing and no price transparency online. read more
