Buyer Beware! False advertising we installed out system around December of 2023 and we're told our yearly filter replacements would be $200 max. We changed our filters in March of 2025 ( a little more than a year we know) but their maintenance prices have gone up to $450 and that's for the supposed "good" filters and the basic package starts at $325. Something is seriously wrong with this price hike. I don't know if there was some company restructure but this kind of change is crazy. $450 every year After having paid $5k what a bait and swap. My main waterline was a mission to get to but Jared figured it out and was able to solder my line even in a very tight spot. He made it work and no leaks. I do not recommend this company. When I first obtained the services, they guaranteed they product and if the system placed was not enough they advised they would install additional components to ensure it was working properly. They never did. The original tech that installed the system informed me the system being installed was not enough for my property and he would inform their office, they never did anything about it. I started to loose pressure a couple months into the system being installed. Called for service, the tech that came out "changed" the filters and said it was working perfect. A month or so I lost pressure again, called them again to come out as well as to fix the plumbing they placed as the city informed me they incorrectly installed the plumbing placing it in the floor. The city luckily did not do anything beyond a verbal warning. Since they argued it was not the system failing, I had plumbing done that cost me $8,500. Once plumbing was done, Puragain decided to check the system and the tech informed me one of the filters was not changed by the prior tech. The tech changed all of the filters and started to work properly. 2 months later, started to loose pressure again. Called them again to fix the issue or give my money back. Now they don't even return my calls back. Don't get theirs services people, they can't even do customer service right so don't trust them with your property. read more

Cody, one of the owners, had contacted me today, 12/11/23, and had offered to me a negotiated price. So folks, the price is negotiable. Although it's not huge it is still "negotiable." I had posted this review earlier I think a few weeks ago but I have edited this review because the owner had gone out of his way to explain they're a family owned business and initially processes will be improved to meet customer's expectations of their price.
