They bring curtido to the table in a jar (cool, no problem), but when we were done, I noticed they take whatever is left and dump it back into a big container in the back to reuse. That means it's basically being shared between multiple tables. I'm not trying to be dramatic, but that's just not sanitary. Once food hits a table, it shouldn't be going back into circulation. It kind of kills the vibe knowing you might be eating something that's been on someone else's table already. If they fixed that, this place would easily be a 4 or even 5 star spot.
