We have since gone back a few times and they never disappoint in their quality of food ! We tried a few pupusas (cheese, cheese w/jalapeño, revueltas, beans & cheese, chicharrón w/cheese) , the chicken tamales, corn tamales, plantains, and empanadas. All of it is so good! The chicken in the tamales is delicious, if they had chicken and cheese pupusas I would definitely buy that as well! The corn tamales taste like a little less corn and more masa ?however maybe it is just how they are made, hadn't had tamales de elote from Central America. Nonetheless still good. The empanadas are my favorite!! got them once, after that they have been sold out when I've gone back.

Instead of trying to find out HOW meat got into my bean and cheese pupusa, she chose to be sarcastic and defensive about my experience without taking any accountability. She also said that their prices are "a little up there" and "are not meant for everyone" even though no one mentioned they had high prices. So she just went out of her way to...what? Call me poor? Weird. Please stop telling people that your cheese and beans are vegan; they are not. And it's not even always vegetarian either because I 100% got meat in mine and if you say you don't use ground meat in your pupusas, then I am even MORE concerned about what was in mine if it wasn't that. No wonder it upset my stomach all day! What the heck kind of meat was that?! You are clearly not a doctor so please don't try to tell me to go to the ER for an upset stomach. When vegetarians (and vegans) consume meat, we end up with a bad upset stomach - often for a full 24 hours or longer. It's like food poisoning to us. And I got it from your pupusas. She says: "We never said we are vegetarian connoisseurs." LOL lady, you're not even pupusa connoisseurs! I do agree with her on one thing though: Las Ploras pupusas "are not meant for everyone". I would keep that in mind the next time you're looking for good pupusas.
