Usually you're not able to see a division in the side, but even so, they were still delicious. I liked that they were a little crispy along the edges and the beans were very creamy and not dry. I didn't see or taste any cheese, but I do think it was there. The portion size of the pupusa is decent. I've had bigger ones (that's what she said), but I'd put these in the medium-sized category. Actually, one was enough to make me full. The prices are better than most places, especially with everything increasing in price these days. $3.75/pupusa is actually a decent price compared to other establishments that I've been to in the area. The red salsa (mild) has so much flavor. Usually the red salsa is a less flavorful, watered down version, but OMG, I can drink the sauce by itself it's that good!
