Then she went to the aspect of the house, it gets full sun all day, again no trees. I would throw in if that was an issue, it's not, only half or a quarter of the house would face that direction. I live in a nicer area but not extravagant. It's obvious that they drove into a nicer area and said, Ummm, X + 500%. This is criminal, get multiple quotes or skip these guys all together. He texted me one evening stating he had dealt with difficult customers before and always wins! I am still not sure why he texted instead of calling but it was after hours. He believed I agreed to some work that I did not agree to have them add to the contract and began ridiculing me, threatening me and definitely trying to bully me in texts. After reading the contract carefully I wished I had read it thoroughly enough to realize how one sided it was in favor of the company. Please beware of any contract before you sign it. I learned the hard way. They finished the job and now he has threatened to not honor the warranty as it is on the contract I signed. Not sure if he can even do that but would not want his company at my home due only to his attitude. I am 76 and have not dealt with anyone with customer service as bad as his was in my life. They also do not give any kind of discount for military or seniors or any at all. I guess that should have been a red flag too but the man who came to my home was so nice I guess I did not think about all of that before I signed the contract. That is why I am writing this review to let others know before they sign a contract, especially Runland's contract. Please beware more diligent before signing theirs or any contract. I have learned a valuable lesson.

Did they finish all walls in the living room and the bedroom until 3? Yes. Did they also paint a few door frames, and a scuff on one of the doors? Yes. Did they paint my two columns in the living area? Yes. Was I worried about getting stains on my floors, or uneven edges where the walls meet the ceiling? Yes Were my worries unfounded? Yes. Was this the most even paint job I've seen? Yes. Did they caulk and paint over a crack where two baseboards meet in a corner? Yes. Did they paint an extra wall that I hadn't mentioned? Yes. I had brain surgery 3 months ago, I really don't need this crap. Don't recommend nd, still finding roofing nails around my house. Update. They did try to make it right in a way. I have to give them credit for that. That turns this review from a 1 to a 3. The damage to the interior of my house still exists and is ultimately up to me to fix. The roofing is fixed and the flashing is done to standard after having them come back and do it right the second time. They will throw the contract at you so make sure it covers you "the customer" up front if you decide to go with this company. Original: This is an extremely unprofessional, overpriced company that does not stand by the work they do and will not remedy issues caused by their company. Like other reviewers say, there is a language barrier while work is happening. While they are at your house, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK and video them being unprofessional if you have to. They did the job incorrectly on my roof vents, drip edge and flashing. Customer should be able to trust a contractor.... you can't trust them. PERIOD. The "toss" heavy roof material leaving cracks in drywall and damage to your house, which they will not take responsibility for. They even damaged my kitchen cabinets due to the vibration and rough work leaving my new cabinets coming off the wall. They simply blow debris around to "clean up" your yard. it's disgusting and these people don't deserve to be in business. They are absolutely not worth the price and only care about money. Rude customer service, cross out the liability section in your contract. . I'm disgruntled.
