I came across this place when I searched for hot yoga. I tried Inferno Strength with Juju and Inferno Hot Pilates /Pilates Sculpt. I wasn't really sure what to expect for either class. Inferno Strength: This was my first heated lifting class. Luckily we weren't using heavy weights, not sure I'd want to sweat when lifting heavy!!! The max weight was maybe 20lbs? 25 lbs? I definitely enjoyed the class. There were a lot of bilateral and unilateral moves using weights. In the last part of the class, we were able to do sets of our favorite exercise. Inferno Hot Pilates /Pilates Sculpt: The class started off on the floor, then standing up, so being in the back and the music loud, it was a little hard to follow along, but I improvised. Everyone was going at their own pace, so that made it a little harder to see/follow the instructor. There were a lot of bilateral and unilateral moves using light weights and the block. This class left me sore for the rest of the week, so definitely worth it! The signs are little confusing as some say they do not provide mats, but it looks like there were some available (packaged and not). Also, they say late comers won't be admitted, but a couple people showed up late for one of the classes. There is a separate weight lifting area, for separate lifting classes, which I would love to try. It looks like there are about 5 different classes offered and only one of each class each day. They provide toiletries in the bathroom and have combination lockers. There is parallel parking in front and a full parking lot in the back. Would I return? for sure! read more

I loved all three classes I tried while visiting my sister. I tried burnout, pop Pilates and hot Pilates sculpt. All were challenging but the instructors were wonderful. I didn't think I'd last through the heat but somehow the instructors and my water bottle helped me push through the pain. Autumn was very funny with the yelling through the pain during the 5:30 am class (I was screaming inside during all the pulsing). I loved her energy. Shelly helped correct my form during Pilates and was so great with instructors and Sara was super encouraging and helped recommend the right weights for each exercise. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first time exercising in a million degrees. Overall, great gym with wonderful people and amazing instructors. My favorite part is the lavender towel in the end. I hope to take more classes when I'm in the area! read more

Erin Long is just one of the owners of this business called Pulse Inferno. Sorry, there is no Disco Inferno here. I called the store and got Erin on the phone. I let her know that on Yelp, it says they were closed, but from what I have seen while working on the past several Sundays is that they are in fact open. I am likely to change make a chance to the Yelp business menu saying they are closed. I was informed by Erin that they are open at 8am and close at 11am. Erin did say she would be looking into this so I will wait for a while and see if there is a change. Erin said if one wanted to drop by and take a class, the cost is $20 bucks a classes. I am interested in redeveloping my abs and glutes. Erin said there is a core classes for Yoga; as well, as Pilates. I am not sure what to take right now...well...now that four minutes has gone by since saying j wasn't sure, I think in might do core pilates because it will be new for me. I have taken regular yoga in the past and fell asleep along with several other people. Erin said this was...I don't remember what she called this, but it was a Lower Class yoga to give it a name. Erin seem very cool and down to earth. In face, talking to her, I could hear the smile in her voice. I even made her laugh while not trying to be a class clown. This tells me this establishment has a lot of potential for me. I place on starting my first class very soon. Thank you Erin Long, You have a new client in the works very soon. read more

I. Love. Pulse. It all started when I did my free trial week. During that time I tried Michelle's yoga class, Patti's pilates class, Jami's barre class, and Barrett's non heated weight training course ( they also have "open gym time" if you want to train yourself) I was hooked! Still am haha. The team of specialists truly care and invest in their participants even if you are on the free trial to being there for months. I've seen a huge change in my body with these training courses and the mind body app helps me schedule all the classes I want to sign up for. From scheduling, training, and optional heated classes (pole dancing too!) it's a great recipe for an awesome gym. Parking in front (curbside 2 hours) or around the back are both great options. Definitely give the free trial a go and you'll see what I'm talking about :) read more

What an amazing studio! The trial period was an awesome deal in order to become acclimated to the various options and I was able to attend a broad array of classes. I then figured out my favorite ones were the hot Pilates classes with Meg and Jami and Hot Vinyasa Flow with Michele. All the instructors are super friendly and wonderful. The heat is not quite as hot as bikram (I would've died) but still hot enough to work up a good sweat. The app they utilize for booking and viewing schedules, MINDBODY, is pretty easy to use. What a hidden gem! I walked in here not expecting much; totally blown away!!! I got a chance to meet the owner operator, and she was so excited she actually made me excited to work out, which is news for me. The class was the perfect mix motivation, instruction, and spiritual wellness. I also love that they had many different options for how to work out. They said it was to keep your body guessing... well my body is usually guessing when I'll actually make it to the gym. Pulse Inferno scammed and misled me into signing a one-year contract under the guise of logging into their portal (which was mandatory to use classes I had already paid for). The owner was rude, uncooperative, and threatened me that if I disputed the charge on my card that she would make me liable for the rest of the contract. On Nov 1, I went into Pulse Inferno to try a free class they had advertised. After, the owner suggested I try 5 additional classes for $89. I paid for that with my CC and left. I received an email with login information for their portal (which I was required to use to check in for classes) that had a subject line mentioning a contract. The opening body of this email was: "Thank you for your purchase at Pulse Inferno. The terms and conditions of the 5 x Month Hot Classes that you purchased at our location are listed below. In order to take advantage of the 5 x Month Hot Classes's services we must have your physical or electronic signature on file." I thought the contract that was mentioned was to complete the 5 classes within a 1-month period. I went ahead and used the link provided to check in to a class. After that class, I did not return because it is unbearably hot inside. On Dec 1, I was surprised to see another charge for $89 for 5 more classes. When I called to understand why, Patti Franklin told me that by signing in to their portal, I had signed an agreement for a one-year contract. I looked again and realized that she had structured the email in a deceitful manner: there were details for a contract, but hidden under the email signature. Looking at it on mobile or a normal laptop browser would not show the full body with scrolling. Mrs. Franklin threatened to hold me liable for the full contract (that I was unaware I had signed!) if I disputed the Dec 1 with my bank and refused to do a refund herself. I feel that she intentionally misled me with the language and structuring that she presented. She did not mention it to me in person when I paid the initial $89 for the 5 classes. I was not notified that my payment details would be kept on file. The email was structured in a misleading way. It feels deceitful to tie logging into a portal (that I HAD to log into in order to access the classes that I had ALREADY paid for) to a hidden contract. read more

The best yoga studio I've ever been to I've tried all styles but never wanted to stick with a gym or routine. Pulse offers great classes and instructors that want to learn your name and help you grow. Patti, one of the owners is kind, helpful, and a great teacher.
