No longer a viable option for any work in my house! My first mistake was trying to save 50$ by using Puls, and my 2nd mistake was using them a 2nd time. Fortunately they are very responsive and on time, unfortunately they come ill prepared. The tech showed up not only alone, but he was expecting us to help remove the old 75 inch TV from the wall and help hang the new one. Isn't this the point in paying them to perform all the work, what if the homeowner was elderly and / or unable to help? This install would not have happened. To add to our dissatisfaction, the installer failed to bother cleaning up the sheet rock dust left from adjusting the mounting bracket on the other TV and then ended up damaging our custom cut fireplace leather granite piece, as well as the fire place screen when he dropped a bracket from the TV mount. But even more disturbing was the fact he cleaned the area afterwards and left without saying a word, as if nothing ever happened. So at the end of the day we saved no money on this install, as a matter of fact we LOST money and now have to fix the damages to our house. Even more reaffirming this venture with Puls was a total mistake, they looked into the complaint and sided with the installer even after he blatantly lied about what he dropped and the fact it caused no damage. All future work like this will done by the big box retailer to ensure there is accountability in the event anything like this happens again. read more

Do NOT hire Puls to mount your flat screen TVs! We moved into our brand new house in 2018. We hired Puls back then to mount 3 TVs on the wall. We had two 65" TVs and one 75" TV that was being mounted above the fireplace. Our techician arrived with a helper and everything went fine. Fast forward to May 2024, we upgraded our TVs. I hired Puls again to assist with mounting two TVs. One in our loft on drywall and another 75" TV above our fireplace. We got the same technician that was hired in 2018. However, the only difference this time is he arrived alone. We paid $430 and had to assist with the TV install! That is CRAZY! On top of having to help with the TV install, the technician DROPPED the TV mount bracket. It put a chip in our granite slab in front of our fireplace. In additional to the chip, the technician tore our fireplace screen. We didn't notice until the next morning. I contacted Puls right away to report the damage. Puls reached out to the technician and he claimed that he dropped his "Phillips screwdriver." I'm sorry, but a screwdriver does not chip granite and tear our fireplace screen. Puls is siding with the technician and calling us liars! They attached the photo of the fireplace after the work was completed. They are saying there's no tear in the screen. Ummm, zoom in on the photo. You can clearly see the tear! Also, why would we lie? We're repeat customers. Mistakes happen. All we want is our fireplace screen replaced! Nope! Puls is pushing back and calling us liars! NEVER AGAIN! We should have paid the extra $50 and hired Best Buy to hang the TV knowing we would have got professionals and 2 people to do the work. I hired Puls to install wall mounts for two TVs in our new house, and like the vast majority of other reviewers I recommend staying away at all costs. I thought that mounting a TV was simple enough that the other reviews may not apply, but I was wrong. I made my service request through the website, and received a quoted amount of $308.92 for the two TVs, one being smaller and the other larger. The technician arrived late (due to being backed up from prior calls, the reason for which will likely become apparent later) and alone, and seemed unaware of the size of the TV he would be installing or the type of mount being installed. He informed me that he would return the next day with an assistant and that the price for the larger TV would be $260 rather than the initial $160. His helped arrives the next day at the scheduled time, but the original technician arrives about 1.5 hours later. The work itself was fine, not perfect but good enough for the price we agreed upon. After we receive and pay for the initial invoice, the technician tells us that the amount was incorrect and we should receive another invoice for the correct amount. We receive another bill for $540, which we are apparently expected to pay in addition to the $308.92 that we already paid! More than $800 to install two televisions, which is well over twice the price quoted by any of the other companies that we looked into before booking Puls. It has been several days, and several lengthy discussions with various customer service reps at Puls and we have gotten nowhere. This clown crew have no idea how to mount specialty TVs. While the techs are friendly enough, they leave a lot to be desired... Especially for paying $170/hour! I'm an engineer and that's almost quadruple what I make! I ended up buying another television for the area I originally wanted my TV mounted. Puls couldn't or wouldn't do it because, like I said, they're not trained or qualified in specialty TVs. I mounted the TV by myself (55" Samsung Frame) in about 20 minutes. I decided Sunday morning (they have many available slots for Sunday installation )that I wanted my TV mounted on the wall and I was would be able to book online and see how much it would cost. I was assigned to a great technician named Thomas who I said can come between 4 PM and 5 PM and he showed up promptly at 4 PM. He installed the TV , hid the wires, and put up a shelf I had. He was in and out in an hour. Great communication via text message. Much better then Geek Squad ,who left wires dangling everywhere. Would definitely recommend to anybody. I had plus repair my shattered iPhone screen, all of a sudden afterwards my home button stops working. They sent out another technician the next day who did nothing but take the phone apart and remove the glue from the edges. Then after the technician came out that day he expressed the update to iOS 11.3 would fix the issue , not only has it not fixed the issue the home button completely does not work at this point. So not only was I given terrible troubleshooting advice as this iOS version does drains battery life. My home button is completely unusable now. This is absolutely unacceptable with the new update it clearly says in the description NON GENUINE screens will have issues with the Touch ID/ home button, I don't recall the site ever listing they are giving you NON GENUINE iPhone screens and taking your genuine iPhone screen to resell.
