I scheduled for 500-600pm yesterday. No one showed and and at 800pm I got a call saying the tech would not make the appointment. Really??? Figured that out 2 hours ago. They rescheduled me for today for 500-600pm. At 850am I got a call. Tech can't make it at 500-600pm so one is on the way now and will be there for 900-1000am. Hello??? Made an appointment for TV wall mount for today at 4:00 PM. First they pushed it back to 4:30 then 5:00. The technician called at 5:15 saying he didn't know he had to bring in the bracket. Moments after talking to the technician I get a notification that he has arrived. He never made it to my place. I then have to call customer support and they said they would send someone else arriving from 6:00 to 7:00. At 6:59 they call one last time stating the new technician wont be able to make it today. Though they apologized, they never offer a discount for wasting 3 hours of my life. Save your money and time and go with somebody else. read more

Total joke trying to get switch replaced on built in microwave door. I confirmed appointment online for Thursday 5pm-7pm, received email notice to "pick a new time" because apparently there was a scheduling error, and next available appt. was Saturday. In the meantime, I went online and found the repair takes about 20 minutes and a $4 part but I chose to keep the appt. and have a pro do the work thinking the worst-case scenario is $200-$225. Arize, my assigned repairman, called Friday afternoon, I explained the problems I was having, and he basically diagnoses over the phone, and tells me it's going to cost $289 in labor to replace a switch that he agreed costs $5 and will take about 20 minutes. I told him I was sorry but I'm not going to pay $300 for a job that should cost half that. I don't know if Puls did a poor job of matching my job with an appropriate tech or if Arize was trying to take advantage, but either way somebody needs to DO BETTER because this was a waste of time and a REALLY disappointing experience. read more

Cracked my screen for the first time ever on my phone. Set my appointment online and the repair man was there about an hour and a half after our appointment time. He was in contact with me through this though so that is not even my true complaint. The screen was repaired on Friday evening at 8PM. The new screen cracked by Sunday afternoon. I pulled it out of purse after shopping to a cracked screen. This is a faulty install job in my opinion. When it was first replaced I noticed the screen color was off. The repair guy told me to call customer service and they would handle it because he didn't have the correct part. I submitted a guarantee call request for the cracked screen but based on other reviews I doubt this will be handled properly. I wish I had used a different service. I should have known this was a too Good to be true price. 12/18 I am updating my review as Puls went above and beyond to correct my phone. They immediately came out and repaired my phone for free with no issues. I understand there are mistakes and appreciate Puls taking the time to correct my issue. I called to replace my cracked iPhone 7 screen. The first technician that came was very helpful and qualified. The first screen he put on my phone was not functioning correctly (thankfully he tested it) and the second one also did not function correctly. The third one he installed finally functioned correctly. (we are at a 66% failure rate with the screens the company provides) I didn't mess with my phone again until later that night and I quickly noticed how bad the colors looked on my phone. I did everything I could to adjust the settings to make it better and it didn't help. The colors were dull and lifeless. This screen was crap. My $800 phone now looked like a $50 pre-pay phone you would get at Wal-Mart. I submitted a warranty claim requesting a refund (because I was now going to fork out the money and buy an OEM screen from Apple and I also didn't need them to just replace my cheap screen with another cheap one.) They said they would send another technician with a higher quality screen. (when asked why they didn't use higher-quality screens in the first place, she gave me some run-around answer.) Second tech came (that THEY scheduled) and didn't know any of the back story and was going to charge me for the new screen. Turns out he didn't have a "higher-quality" screen and he told me that the ones this company uses are some of the lower-quality that you can buy. Think Sony TVs vs Insignia TVs. Long story (hopefully) short... they were only willing to give me a 50% refund. I will be going to Apple to fork out the extra money for an OEM screen. Their screens are cheap... yes, they function fine, but they look like crap. If you are looking for function only, this is actually a good deal. If you are looking for "very comparable quality" parts for Apple products (as their website claims) then look elsewhere. read more

Do NOT use this service. It will save you a huge headache. I had a cracked screen 7s, after they replaced my phone the sensors would randomly go off and I would have no control over my phone. They have sent 4 technicians out to fix the phone, each time they broke something else.. my sensor for my finger, iMessage, FaceTime, and delayed touch on the screen are all no broken. They then said the would not fix the phone but give me a return.............. now I am left with a phone that barely functions. I will be spending hundreds of dollars now on a new phone... worst service I've gotten from a company in a LONG time. read more

I used CellSavers to fix my shattered iPad screen and I am really glad I did! Not only were their prices way cheaper than having apple do it, but they came to my office for the repair within a couple of hours from my request. The tech was really friendly and did a great job on the repair. It was super convenient and easy. I thought it was a nice added peace of mind that he said (basically) should anything go wrong during the installation, CellSavers would take care of it and make it right. He tested everything and made sure it worked like new before he finished up. All in all it was about $130 and I didn't even have to leave my office and wait for a repair. Do not use this company. Service tech came to my house did not look at back of fridge or take anything apart. Opened fridge door said he needed a hair dryer. Borrowed my hair dryer. Blew the hair dryer in the fridge for about ten minutes and proclaimed it fixed. Of course it wasn't. Called them back because you have a 90 day guarantee. Well first there's a form to fill out. Then it has to go to their review committee to approve them to come back out. Finally, two days later they approve another visit. Make an appointment, they don't show. Three hours past appointment time they call. They don't have any techs in my area. Need to reschedule. Okay, reschedule ( by now it's several days past the original service date. I'm still without a fridge, all my groceries are ruined) once again they don't show. They call again, can they come later. No techs in the area. Asked for my money back so I can hire a reliable, honest company and get my fridge fixed. Fill out a form. Form goes to review committee. Several days later I get an email. No you can't have your money back you are still in the guarantee time period. They sure had techs available when they wanted my money. Now they have my money no one is ever available. I'd also like to add there are no phone numbers to contact these people. There is an email address. Had a cracked iPhone 7+. They came out but weird they took a lot of pictures of my phones admin data. Also they did not use a good screen because the pressure touch doesn't work, a light area on the screen, screen is not retina, touch randomly freezes, and the home button is protruding now. They will not respond to my requests for help. I called my CC company to file a claim. It was only $100 compared to 170 at Apple, and now i know why. I am very disappointed. I contacted Puls on a Friday at 3:00 to repair my daughter's iPhone screen. They had multiple same day time slots to pick from. Arash arrived at the front of my house right on time 2 hours later. I told him the problem and he took the phone and within 20 minutes had the screen replaced and a small volume button issue repaired. This was the same price or bettor then the last I phone repair place I had to drive to and drop off my phone and then return hours later to pick up. He was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. The phone is fixed and that is the most convenient service I have had in ages. read more

If I could give a negative I would. First the screen they replace on my iphone 6 after less than a week looked like there where wrinkles in it. Light bleed threw and now my battery will not hold a charge. They never answer the phone or emails. Than when we do get them in chat they give you nothing but a run around. However, on their website they have that phone listed as one that they repair. Why would you list the phone on your website if you don't service it? I got an ipad mini 2 fixed by a technician from this company. The screen was cracked and had been that way for months so I decided to go ahead and get it fixed. The technician did fix the screen and it was fine but 3 days later the touch screen stopped working. I tried to get the company to take a look and make sure a wire had not come loose. They refused and offered me $30 discount. They stated the guarantee was void because it had previous damage...no kidding, thats why I called..I would think twice about using this company and check your options. Y'all -- don't ever go to the apple store or any other cell phone repair shop again! I shattered my phone THIS morning at 8 a.m., got to work, google cell screen repair and CellSavers popped up. Their website is beyond easy to use and I scheduled service at 9:45 a.m. and Duc Ha got to my OFFICE at 11:20 a.m. He fixed my phone in 15 minutes and it looks brand new and I paid $109. Horrible service unreliable and not consistent. I've used them in the past seemed ok but as my teenage son continues to break his phone I am in need of regular service. I booked an appointment waited they kept extending it by hours until it was 9 pm and was told it would be tomorrow. I waited nothing or no contact I contacted them again a couple days later and tried to book. They were unable to book again. Texadia set up all the home electronic systems for my home. They did music, Lights, speakers,tv's etc. It was supposed to interface with alexa, google, spotify as well as my AC units and window treatments. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of knowledge in the set up. None of my extra systems are operating well. The lights go off at random times, not when they were set up to do so. Awful, Awful, Awful. Do NOT use this service. I dropped my phone and shattered the screen. They did show up quickly and replaced the screen. HOWEVER, the phone was NOT working when the tech left. I could not make or receive calls, could not use the microphone or speaker for music, Siri, etc.. He asked me to restore the phone's software to (hopefully) correct the issue (which takes over an hour) and left. This did not work. I then asked for a tech to come back, and was told TWENTY FOUR HOURS. They did not call until the following day. In the mean time, I had taken the phone to the Apple store, and they replaced the phone due to the faulty 3rd party screen. HORRIBLE service. I was without a phone for two days. Great service! They sent 2 people to mount my 65inch tv and it only took them 20 mins to do that.

Right now, Im very unimpressed with this company, we had our dryer repaired (supposedly) on 6/10. The tech merely replaced a fuse, and called it a day, when we went to use the dryer later in the day, during the dry cycle, it reached an unusally high temperature, too hot to touch with bare hands and gave off a bad smell. We had to shut the dryer off before a fire broke out, and let it cool. We then realized that the tech did not check the thermostat for let the dryer run sufficiently to see if its working properly, and now we are unable to even turn the dryer on. I got the runaround with Puls regarding their guarantee, and they processed our payment even though the job wasn't done. They are supposed to be coming back out, will follow up with another review, but be wary of using this company, follow up customer service sucks, and its near impossible to call and talk to a human. read more

Our technician was great! I initially just needed my cracked iPhone screen replaced and wanted a new tempered glass, as well. Our tech took good care of my phone and then also proceeded to switch out my cousin's iPhone battery that was giving her problems. Then 3 more people that are over had their tempered glass either replaced or wanted one put on. So all of our phones got a little TLC. Super quick & easy! Would definitely recommend. read more

Pretty simple issue to be fixed, my phone would not hold a charge, and had started not charging at all. Assumed it was either the battery or charging port. Contacted CellSavers, which at the time I didn't realize they came to your home, I was merely looking for a place to take my phone. I received email after email about how they are connecting me with a Saver and someone would be assigned. 2 hours later get an email that they cannot do that job as they don't have the capability. Well, considering they are a CellSaver, I think a charger is pretty standard, and I wasted my afternoon waiting for a technician to arrive. I've used many repair places in Dallas and they are overpriced and never guarantees if it doesn't work properly, etc. they will repair without a charge. I reached out to them for the first time because they advertised same day service and we were in a bind. They rescheduled twice over the course of two days, which not only resulted in no service on the day of the original request, but we continued to reschedule over the course of two more days. In turn, had to throw out all of the food in our refrigerator, which we might have been able to avoid had they showed up as advertised. Terrible service and I can't understand how this business model would serve any household where the homeowners all work full time and can't work around their scheduling scheme. We were totally annoyed and displeased with this company. We ended up canceling with them entirely and went another direction. They did nothing but complicate our situation and waste our time. I called to get my refrigerator diagnosed and repaired. The initial technician completely missed the original diagnosis. He didn't even remove the back panel and inspect the coils or compressor. He ordered a fan motor and once it came in (over a week later) installed a part that did not need replaced. I spent over $300.00 and lost ten days for nothing. I filed a claim under their warranty and asked for another tech to come out. They did so at no charge after my warranty claim was "approved". The second technician diagnosed the problem correctly as insufficient freon and a bad compressor. If they had gotten it right the first time, I would have just replaced the compressor to begin with. I did not use them for any further work. This company appears to me as nothing but a lead generation company that has inserted themselves between the actual technicians and their customers. Look for a legit appliance repair guy and steer clear of this group. read more

Poor communication/lack of customer service/Highway robbery. I scheduled an appointment for Monday,July 8th from 5-6pm to have a technician come look at washer. I received confirmation of the appt. The person was a no call no show. I emailed the office and they replied back 2 hrs. later. No apology, nothing. Someone calls to reschedule appointment for Tuesday, July 9th from noon-1pm. Again, I receive a confirmation email advising of said time. The worker had texted me asking for model number at 12:30pm, I respond. A little after 1 pm, I ask for their status and they said that they would arrive in 1 hr., so basically, late again with 0 communication. Upon his arrival they look at the washer and determine the issue is with a timer on the washer- cost is $167 for the part. I then ask what the total cost would be and they say it will be $615. So the part is 167 and the labor is $438...I can get a new washer for that cost!! I don't know how they made it on the good contractors list, but they obviously DO NOT need to be there. read more

My IPhone 6 plus had a cracked screen but the display and touchscreen worked fine. I decided to get a new screen installed by Puls and they came to my work and put a new screen on in the parking lot. It took about 10 minutes and after I paid for the services, I figured that the tech would show me that all the functions and displays were working. Actually he was very eager to leave and the screen worked for about 24 hours. The next day I was at lunch and was looking at my phone. The display started to have lines running all over it and it got really blurry and 30 seconds later it went black. Since this company has a "lifetime warranty" on their services and products, I immediately filled out a warranty form on their website. They took hours to even respond to my request and once they did they began making every excuse in the book not to fix the issue and replace this faulty display. The first excuse was that my phone had water damage, and I told them that it absolutely did not and then they said they wouldn't fix the issue because my phone had frame damage. I told them that if I had frame damage that would void my warranty then the technician should have told me that. And in fact, I don't have frame damage. This sorry company just flat out refuses to do the right thing and replace their faulty screen. So I've been without a cellphone for 48 hours now and will have to hire someone else to fix my phone and I'm out an extra $100. Corporate Greed Strikes Again!!!
