Artificially flavored drinks barely any real fruit excessively sweet in a flimsy foam cup.

Cozy booth, bright space, super clean, fast delivery to my table, and plenty of cold drinks with free refills. I loved my soup and sandwich and would totally come here again! It looks clean and open, the staff was sufficiently helpful and polite, and the food was okay. It wasn't great, but not bad either. We got a soup and sandwich combo, and a soup to go. The sandwich was loaded with lettuce, which we removed, leaving very little to the sandwich. The soups were average size, just enough I guess. It was actually very tasty and hearty. We also got a smoothie, again just an average size. The final price was $37. This was not a $37 meal! Three of us ate full meals at a sit down Mexican restaurant the night before and it was only $46! It's simply a matter of rather small helpings of okay food just not being worth the price they charge. The soups are good. The prices are bad.

So incredible! So my bf got a regular size spicy trifecta, a spicy version of an Italian beef with cheese ($14.50). There was soooooo much sliced beef! He was a very happy and full guy after he finished his dinner. Typical me, I ordered the cubano sandwich ($13), which was well-made and perfectly salty. We also shared an order of extra crispy fried pickles ($4.50). These are definitely a must-order! After tax and tip, we paid about $35. The owner was very friendly and kind and enthusiastic about telling us about his business. We were the only ones dining in on a Thursday evening in 2026 but some people stopped in for carryout orders. We both hope to see this business thrive and plan to be back when we are next in the area. 100% recommend!

Finally decided to stop in when I was driving by and noticed "open late" sign. AMBIANCE: Simple cafe with minimal decor. White walls and digital menus. Faux marble wrap around bar and a few chairs are available to dine in. All guests were picking up to go orders during my visit. FOOD: The menu is straightforward. It was easy to review it during first visit and make quick decisions. There are multiple categories including Italian beef sandwiches, sausage sandwiches, pressed sandwiches, and sides. I ordered Philly sandwich ($13), fresh cut fries ($4.25), and two Italian beef egg rolls ($5). I ordered Philly sandwich since it's a classic and I felt like it would be the best choice. The meat tasted high quality. Unfortunately, I did not like any dishes. Meat in Philly sandwich was bland and could use more seasoning. It seemed like something was missing - cheese or something like mayo or other ingredients. It was literally bread and meat. The price for the size did not seem like good value. Italian beef egg rolls were dry both exterior shell and meat. The fries were a bit soggy but included a generous portion. I didn't eat much of my meal. Perhaps other menu items are tastier. The cafe has rewards program through Toast. You receive sign up 25 bonus points then 1 point for every $1.25 spent. Although my points did not calculate accurately, less points were provided. SERVICE: I didn't feel especially welcome and was rushed. The service was very quick, order was available in minutes. It was very impressive. This eatery is a good destination if you're craving quickly served sandwiches. It's especially true later in the day or on weekends when most businesses in Parma open early. I didn't find any favorite menu items but you might!

What makes Scratch's French toast so good is that they don't use plain old white bread for it. Instead, they use sweet bread pudding, which makes for an utterly decadent and delicious breakfast. The pieces of bread pudding had crisp edges while being soft on the inside. They were topped with sliced bananas and a rich bourbon caramel sauce, and served with maple syrup infused whipped cream that was almost practically ice cream. The French toast also comes with your choice of sausage or pork belly. I opted for the sausage patties, which were tasty and homemade. I also ordered the orange juice ($4.50) and home fries ($3.75). The home fries were delicious. Crispy potato chunks that were the right amount of salty. Between the French toast and home fries, I left stuffed. Service was also great. My server was very friendly and welcoming, and came to check on me a couple of times. Notes - it's a small place with a couple of tables, but I was able to take a seat right away on a Friday morning. Every table comes with 2 bottles of hot sauce - a red sauce and green sauce. You pay at the cash register after you get your check.

I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. I ordered the Sweet Jalapeño Sandwich: an English muffin piled with jam, bacon, an egg cooked over medium, and cheddar, served with home fries. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

The first course was complimentary breads with olive tapenade. The breads were so rustic and delicious. The olive tapenade was a great dipping sauce. For appetizer, I got fried calamari. It was a modern Italian twist. The fried calamari was so tender. It had light breading. It was fried together with olives, sun dried tomatoes, sliced shiitake mushrooms and some basils. It was so good that I kept eating it. For entrees, I got the bone-in CAB ribeye. It was cooked medium rare. The steak was juicy, tender and had a little bite to it. The asparagus was great in the dish. However, I was not too keen on crispy potatoes with Gorgonzola cheese. The cheese kinda made the potatoes a bit salty. I didn't enjoyed it at all. The beef short rib was another entree I tried as well. It was tender but the flavor was not deep and complex. Overall, the restaurant did a good job with the food. I would come back if I am ever in the area.
