Worst customer service ever. I've been stuck with them for the last few years and my machine is now old enough that I can finally get away from this horrible, horrible company. Practically every order or issue with them is painful and takes hours to sort out via web, text, phone. It has been a horrid experience from day one. A complete newbie was left on his own to show me how to use the device. He could not answer even simple questions. I had to make a second appointment just to try to find a mask to fit correctly. Don't try to order supplies. They are totally incompetent. It would take on average three calls for each order. There were never confirmations and often items were left out of the shipment. I have since moved to another supplier that is very professional. Unfortunately I am stuck with PS with a now recalled Phillips device until I can retire it. Today when I called about the recall the specialist just rudely said Phillips is handling that and was gone! I could not even get to say another word. Awful. Just awful. read more

They are only getting one star because there are no options for negative stars! I have been trying to get my cpap supplies from these people for over 6 months now. There is no end to their reasons for failure. The latest was them saying my insurance had been cancelled. It hasn't. I read them my insurance # and it was the one they had. When you call the main phone line it is difficult to get a hold of a person and when you do get a hold of a person they are extremely rude. I asked them to send me a bill so I can send payment, but they took it out of an old account that I don't keep much money in without any permission. This won't be a super long winded review. Two times, two weeks in a row I have scheduled my CPAP orientation appointment with PS at the sleep lab where I had my testing done and the technician, Corinna has now stood me up twice. I have three children and a very tight schedule and have now wasted an hour of my time two weeks in a row on a technician that never showed up. Unprofessional , unorganized, disrespectful of my time and an utter lack of customer service. There is also quite a noticeable trend in their reviews here on Yelp, tell your sleep lab you want someone else if they put you onto pulmonary solutions. Disgraceful Update 10/9/17: no one ever called me back and apologized or tried to reschedule my appointment , no contact at all, totally unacceptable, thank god we found another provider for the service, nice business practices pulmonary complications , zero stars if I could grant it Update 10/11/2017: they FINALLY called me back today to schedule my appointment for the THIRD time. Left me a voicemail , called them back to yell them to pound sand and they then put me on hold and wasted another 15 mins of my time only to come back and tell me my rep was at lunch. I pretty told the lady I was on phone with I had no desire to so do business with them and hung up. They were horrible, customer service, didn't supply equipment in the frequency prescribed for half a year so it turns out I had been using old worn out equipment that effected my health because I trusted them. When talking to management about it they had bad attitudes. I've never had a good experience with this company in the year or so I used them. And, now they haven't released my insurance company authorization despite telling them to twice. What do they care, no money in it for them. Like I said, you'll be sorry. I came here to pick up a CPAP machine and learn how to use it. I had no trouble finding the place. There was plenty of parking. Suite 200 is up stairs at the end of the hall. I knocked on the door at 2:00 for my appointment, and the tech let me in, and walked me to a comfortably furnished room. We sat down and talked. She went over mask options, talked about the machine- how to use it and clean it, and received payment for the supplies. ( They don't coordinate billing with insurance, they just receive payment) Pulmonary Solutions keeps in contact. Well before my initial appointment, they called to let me know my machine was not ready for pick up. They called when it was ready and that's when we scheduled the appointment. This was great - it saved me a trip across town. And they called to see how it was going with the CPAP. A few of these calls have been automated such as appointment reminders, which I'm fine with. read more

I finished paying my bill last September, and I'm still receiving invoices. I'm so frustrated. I don't know what to do. Was prescribed a CPAP for my sleep disorder. The lady at the front desk was busy multi-tasking, Helen, I believe. I was waiting for my appt. with technician to go thru orientation. He was stuck in traffic jam, going onto 6 pm. Helen, who was constantly on the phone helping customers with their machine glitches, took time out to instruct me rather than have me get a new appt. This process took about 45 minutes. It was alot of information and new skills in dealing with the machine and mask, and nose plugs, etc. She was very patient and thorough. And still had her own work to do. I had to go back a few times and call as well. Getting used to this respiratory device is not easy and dealing with mask issues, with drying up nasal passages, air leakage, buckles digging into your head. It takes a few months to get used to the pressure concept. I had to try a few masks. They were quick and gracious in doing so. With the help of my contact at PAMF Pulmonary, Abby, and the staff here, I finally found one that worked perfectly and have been using it ever since. Thank you Helen, and my technician, Don, for being patient and thorough. This is not an easy job and you're dealing with people not at their best. read more

My husband has been ordering from Pulmonary Solutions for a couple years, and every time it's a hassle. We've finally had enough and won't deal with this company ever again. The last incident: I ordered a replacement mask. After 1-1/2 weeks, I called and they said they'd called my husband for payment information. They DID NOT call. And why did we have to wait 1-1/2 weeks to find this out. Again, we waited another 1-1/2 weeks (3 weeks since I placed the order). They said they called to say my husband needed to renew his prescription before they could order the mask. 3 WEEKS LATER! And my husband never received the call. There are plenty of places from which to order these supplies. There's no need to deal with this unorganized company with some of the worst customer service I've come across. 2/20/14: I've ordered from cpap.com, no prescription required, and I will receive the masks in 3-5 business days. Really surprised Pulmonary Solutions manages to stay in business in Aptos! Sent in an order for supplies in January and still hasn't been handled! Finally called 10 days ago and said that a salesperson would call me - no phone call. Called again into the Aptos office and spoke to John - he said he would direct my call to Evelyn and then had to leave a voicemail. Evelyn, presumably the salesperson that was supposed to call me 10 days ago, did not return my call. . Awful, awful customer service. It's been challenging to get help with finding a solution to a CPAP machine needing repair during Covid. On January 6, After weeks of difficulty sleeping due to an excessively malfunctioning machine I was able to find resolution with a loaner machine while my machine was being sent back to Resmed. I went to the office on Green Valley Road in freedom California. Melissa Perez spent a considerable amount of time and effort getting my prescription into their system and being a caring human being. I can't thank her enough. I would also like to give a shout out to Neeima in the main office. I bought my machine through Pulmonary Solutions in 2017. At the time this business was having a lull in customer service. This was unfortunate because when they were at 41st Ave.they were excellent. They are the only CPAP MACHINE business I know that is taking care of those in need right now. I speak from experience since I need a CPAP to breathe at night for the last 20 years. I tried using the computer ordering system, which did not give any options other than repeating the last order. I exited the system and called customer service, to ask that they send me only the supplies I needed. I was told they would do so. Then the order came- all the stuff I asked not be sent. I called again to find out how to return the unwanted items, and get the correct tubing sent, and was told that I would be sent a mailing label to return the unordered items. A month later, no label and nearly daily calls from billing. I asked to speak to a supervisor, since I had never gotten the promised mailing label. The person said they would speak to the supply department. I called again and was again told that they would send me a label so I could make the return. I gave up and ordered the tubing from another company, and got it 5 days later. I called the general customer service number and left a detailed message, asking to speak to a supervisor. I got a call from an impertinent administrative assistant, who said I could not speak to a manager and " We have done nothing wrong," and that I should take the supplies to the office. Evidently it did not occur to her that had any of the previous 6 or 7 people I spoke to had told me that, we could have resolved the problem months earlier. Esperanza at the Freedom location was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, the people I talked to over the phone were poorly trained and unwilling to pass me to someone who knew what they were talking about. I have moved my business elswhere. read more

I would rate Pulmonary Solutions with a negative star if that were possible. I have been receiving boxes of Cpap supplies from them that I never asked for. They bill Medicare and Medicare pays. Getting that resolved has been very time consuming. I made numerous phone calls to Pulmonary Solutions to get them to stop sending items I never ordered. The second box arrived yesterday! I'm going to keep it because I never asked for it. They don't hear me so not getting paid might make them pay attention. I have already reported Pulmonary Solutions to Medicare for possible fraud. Disorganized, unprofessional business. Every purchase and billing transaction has been frustrating for me. One of the biggest problems for me is the billing representative; She has a lovely foreign accent, but she is not suited for telephone work because I have a very difficult time understanding her. Horrible customer service in regards to billing dept & management. Suddenly stopped receiving mailed invoices & rcvd collection call for past due balance owed in April. Requested a copy of invoice to be emailed on 3 diff occasions before I paid balance because amount they requested on phone wasn't the usual amount I had paid prior (it was nearly doubled). They never emailed a copy of my invoice. I finally in mid May rcvd a mailed hard copy and signed on to online portal and paid past due balance & the following month that wasn't due until mid June. Mid June I rcv a call that I owe a past due amount and had to explain to them it was already paid. Once the rep checked online her only response was "oops." I asked to speak to management and she hung up on me. Called back and was transferred to a voicemail & left message. Next day I rcvd ANOTHER collection call for "past due balance" that didn't exist and had to tell clerk to look up my account and to his surprise he saw that my account was paid in full as well. With no apology, no explanation and no offer of any solution to my questions as to why do they not check customer accounts prior to calling to ask for payment he transferred me back to the grievance voicemail when I specifically asked to speak with management again. What a dysfunctional business, from top down. First, I was told by my doctor's office on Monday afternoon, that they would be sending the order for my C-PAP that afternoon, and that I should be able to call Bryant and get set up by the next morning. I called Tuesday morning, he said he hadn't received the order; called again Wednesday, he said he still hadn't received it. So when I called my doctor's office, they confirmed they had faxed it Monday afternoon, but would send it again. Strike one for crappy service Thursday I finally heard back from Stephanie, who was confirming they received my order and described what billing was based on my insurance. She misread the deductible remaining provided to her by the insurance company, and had old information that did not include other billing towards my deductible, meaning she was asking for close to $1,000 up front plus about $100 month for another 10 months. I went home that night, downloaded my current information and talked to Blue Shield, and got a quite different story. Emailed her the next morning, and she respnded to me with much lower payment numbers (now correct) late in the afternoon. Strike two. I leave a message for Stephanie Tuesday morning after the three day weekend that I would like to set up my appointment, also emailed her. Didn't hear anything all day, so the next mirning I left a messahe for Helen. Finally got an email from Stephanie near noon...she had taken Tuesday off. Tip: when out of the office, leave an "out of office" auto reply. Strike three. I finally get my appointment for late Friday afternoon (scheduled on Wednesday), leave work early to get there, and then find out from their Tech that they don't even have the correct mask and that I would have to come back on Monday! I got pretty steamed at that point and asked why neither he nor the office person (Helen?) had called to let me know, and they both just had blank looks on their faces like the idea never crossed their minds. Strike 4. I had rescheduled for Monday, but after talking to my doctor's office and getting a new equipment company, I cancelled my appointment...I would never do business with this company! read more

Avoid doing business with this company! They shamelessly admit to making mistakes and will not take responsibility for it. One year after purchasing my CPAP machine, they submitted a bill for the full amount of the purchase claiming they made a mistake and did not submit a claim to the insurance company. We reached an agreement and after supposedly having owned the machine they sent a bill for $500 and threatened to take me to collections if I didn't pay. I did not pay the amount and they admitted they made a mistake. Recently, I sent my CPAP machine for repairs. They quoted one amount and few months after paying, they called and said "we made a mistake", you owe us a lot more. I refused to pay and they threatened again. Mr. Business Owner, clean up your business and your staff unless you are part of the whole scam. Fist collection company did not get back to me after I disputed the debt. Now I get a letter from another collection company. How many collections companies does it take to make me pay? I will not pay!! I will not pay!! I will not pay!!! See you in court! read more

I get final assurance that it is set straight now but I don't take a chance on not getting them in the mail again and I go to the Capitol office to pick up. I gave them two days , then showed up. they have the supplies but don't know how to just give them to me. they can't figure out the co pay and they seem to think I need to sit down for a consultation ! I again have billing problems with Pulmonary Solutions. I am in a trial period to see whether I can tolerate the CPAP machine. I have a monthy rental fee during the trial. I have not been getting email or snail mail notifications of my monthly bills. I recently got a phone call saying that my account was past due. I explained that I had not been getting notified of my bills. The agent said she would correct that and have my bills mailed to me. I got a bill for February about a week ago. Today, Mar 06, I got a bill for January's rental. The bill was dated Feb 25, more than a month after the rental month and after the bill for a later month. I have not seen another company with such poor billing practices. Try to get your equipment somewhere else if possible. read more
