However, the reason I am giving them one star is because of a very basic order that they should have gotten right and the lack of communication from them. Last February I dropped off four polo shirts, I needed them embroidered and my name placed on them. They told me a few weeks and I was happy to hear to pay and have them done. A few weeks I get a phone call that they were ready and I go to pick them up in May. When I arrive there I look at the shirts and noticed that my name is spelled WRONG! After the owner had written it down correctly and I had been a customer there for years. As asked what they could do to fix this and the owner reassured me that they were either going to order new shirts or fix the misspelled ones. Over the next few months I called and called about my shirts and well they still were not ready. The last time I called was in October and they said they were still waiting on the right shirts... It has now almost been a year and I still do not have the 4 polos back or anything. No calls, no follow ups, no customer service at all. I have come to the conclusion that I will never get a call, nor my shirts and I will need to take my business else where.

Second, the ramp was installed but not safe for me or my client to use. Someone could've tripped on it, and/or my client could've fallen off the side of the ramp that wasn't secured. They would not make it safe for my client. Instead, they removed it. I asked them for her $1000.00 deposit back, and they refused to refund her. Please do not use this company. I was introduced to Frank's because of a specific medication that was out of stock at my usually store, and I had to call around for hours to find a pharmacy that carried it. The last store hadn't told me they were out of stock, but instead told me there would be a delay and told me my important Rx was out of stock on the day it was supposed to be ready. By the time I found Frank's, I was anxious and frustrated, so it was a breath of fresh air to be met with a kind and helpful voice on the other end of the call. Frank's Pharmacy also has lots of cute gift items too, so it is a nice place to walk into.

Jason is always cheerful and super efficient. I do have to say there is pharmacist that really spoils the experience at Frank's and her name is Hanna. Hanna is never helpful, and many times is a real pain. Recently I asked her to help me prepare for an upcoming trip and gave her my meds list. The next day I called her back to check how my request was coming along. She told me my insurance was not likely to authorize my vacation order until the last minute. Not wanting to cut it close, I asked her to tell me how much the cost would be so I could just pay out of pocket. She was too busy to help, and if you can believe it, actually said, "Don't call us, we'll call you." And then true to form she never called me back. Without Hanna, Franks would be a solid 5 star Yelp. There is a happy ending to my story thanks to Jason. I called days later and talked to pharmacist Jason. He was happy to help. As always.
