We really enjoyed our first experience!! The server, Trish as she introduced herself (Patricia on the receipt), was very on her game!! She had a LOT of tables to serve, and she was magical!! She was a pleasure to interact with, and I felt like we should meet up for a drink later!! She felt like an old friend that maybe I knew in a previous life! LOL! The pizza had an amazing herb flavor!! It was not the dull and tasteless stuff that is often served, even in an Italian restaurant! I pack my own herbs to add to pizza or spaghetti because I like herb FLAVOR on my pizza and spaghetti. I didn't need or use my herbs! We only ordered pizza this time, being our first time and just testing the food, so I don't yet know about the other food. BUT we WILL return, and we will try other menu options!! We had leftover pizza and I fed it to my, not necessarily picky, but very taste bud aware teen, and he knows what he likes!! He has a passion for his favorite pizza, and he wasn't really thrilled to be presented with a different option. I told him to trust me, that he would like it! He ate it up, and he even ate the crust! I was bracing for a complaint, but he liked it!! Considering it was reheated, instead of fresh, was even more impressive that it was a win!! I do, however, have a pizza stone so it was almost like fresh (I didn't microwave it!). The atmosphere was interesting. You get to the restaurant by going through the bar (I think there is only one operating door to enter, and another door marked as an emergency exit in the restaurant area). The bar and restaurant are completely separated but for the open doorway between them. There are no booths, which initially was a bummer for me (I LOVE sitting in a booth), but the chairs were super comfy, and I just chilled out and felt relaxed. I wish they had music playing, but maybe they forgot to turn it on?? Anyhow, just the overall vibe, service, food and experience was very enjoyable!! The server made it exceptional!! This restaurant has been open for about 30 years from what I understand. It has that old school feel that works for me! We are going back next week!! read more

Went for lunch, we hadn't been there for quite awhile. We were in the area after moving away and picked it for lunch. My wife always loved their Stromboli, so she ordered that. She said it was exactly like she remembered. I had a salad and wings and they were terrific. read more

Hubby saw their add in our neighbor clipper magainze and suggested we go there for dinner. They sat us at the table closest to the servers station and the servers and staff conversations were not one I wanted to listen to all night. Innapropriate staff conversations and arguing over who sat who where and foul lanuage. I ordered the chicken parm and hubby ordered the lasagna. Half off on Tuesday nights on dinners. Glad I did not pay full price for mine. I wasn't able to even finish my meal as it was greasy in the sauce and there was no flavor. Hubby said he enjoyed his. 3 stars since our alocholic drinks were good and our server was on top of it and sweet. Doubt we would return. read more

Wow. So I've been coming to Pullano's for 13+ years. I have zero complaints about the food besides the tiny wings (but they still taste amazing) and the fact that I can't get a half salad for the antipasto salad (my fave!). Everything tastes fantastic, from their delicious pizza to the Italian dinners. Before i complain, I'd like to say I come here several times a week and spend a solid chunk of money here. However, I just learned that all of a sudden, after all this time, with no warning, my reward points are worthless. I seriously spend hundreds of dollars per month at Pullano's and some kind of warning or way to cash my points in prior to just getting rid of everything would've been nice. What's next? The food is good not great the pizza was soggy. The service was good. They to go while the sun is up I have seen security in the past but not at my last visit the neighborhood is sketchy. The restaurant needs updating. The night we were there a family was dinning with 3 small children. The parents or the staff didn't think anything of the children running around the restaurant and disturbing the patrons meals. It's also a safety issue for staff and customers. read more

Sorry NOT sorry this place is gross I had 2 different menu items I had the chicken Parmesan dinner the spaghetti was over cooked and the sauce is disgusting like from a can an doctored up to be homemade and the chicken was not made in house no one breads chicken this way even the waitress came over to me mid meal and asked me if the meat was tough and chewey? But when I ordered it she said good choice!!! Was not good!! Then I tried the chese pizza WOW HOW GROSS! The sauce was worse in the garbage they poured on top of the chicken parmesan couldn't even finish the pizza seriously wasted money coming to this place and the air conditioning didn't even work it was so hot in the dining room I was sweating while eating dinner which was dirty unsanitized seating and decor. Don't go and don't come back , I know this place has been here for a while and the old man is getting older but if this is the food that you're serving to make your money it makes me question how you pay the rent cuz this is gross I've had better pizza at Domino's sad to say read more

My kids want some pizza and good thing we just passed by there yesterday. They really enjoyed the pizza so much. It taste so amazing though it has casual flavor, it has lots of toppings. The Extra large cheese pizza and Italian Sub was tasty. It was rich in flavor. The Hot wings were absolutely great. Nicely seasoned and well-cooked. It has balanced spices. We have enjoyed this restaurant for years( 30+) used to go after all the high school sporting events with the gang. They treated us all very well. Pizza was delicious, hot and fresh every time! Half restaurant half bar. We sat on the restaurant side. There's big TVs. We ordered the wings. They were okay. My brother got the Italian sub, Sherry's way. It was good. He got fries with it. My sister got the half turkey sub and side salad. The salad comes with tomatoes, olives, onions, croutons, lettuce & your choice of dressing. I got the cheese calzone, it was good. It tasted like a cheese pizza, there was sauce in it too. The marinara sauce that it comes with not that great. read more

Sports bar with lots of Tv. Family owned business which is always good to find. Nothing like strip mall Italian. They have take out available as well. We dined in and found that food to be really good! Cheese stick appetizer which easily is enough to be a meal. We also tried the white pizza and it was delicious. Definitely will go back again. The good: food is always awesome! They have trivia on sundays which my friends and I go to every week. It is so much fun and we learn a lot of things. The host is amazing, good voice and great personality. The bad: tonight's service was the worst ever! Our server, Brandi was very slow to get us drinks but very pushy to close out our tabs before we were even done ordering. When I first arrived she took my beer order right away then I watched her for 15 minutes filling napkins and sweeping the floor but still no beer. Finally the bartender, Randi, knowing what I drink came over with my beer. When I received my 2nd beer I ordered food. A little while later Brandi comes back and asks if I am ready to close my tab. Mind you we are still in the middle of trivia. I said I have not even gotten my food yet and I am going to want more beer since I am here until after trivia. The food comes out with another beer and things are going well until the last round of trivia when Brandi is pushing me to close out my tab. I am looking at screen reading the question out loud trying to get my answer together and she is shoving the tablet in my face to close out my tab. I did not even get a chance to write my answer as I was so flustered by her distraction during the final countdown for an answer. Seriously, I would have ordered at least 2 more beers if the service was better. I felt like she was not even trying to make money for herself or the bar. Moral of the story is Pullanos is a great place but definitely do not want Brandi as a server if you are looking for good service that invites to stay rather than push you out the door prematurely. read more

Pullano's Pizza & Wings have been around since 1978 I believe. Mike Pullano, a graduate of Maryvale High School, opened his restaurant at 51st Avenue and Thunderbird after leaving Little Messina's Pizza in Maryvale. The pizza and wings are among the best you will taste. The wings are nice and plump, not like some of the anorexic wings you get at other restaurants. There is a separate bar and dining area with plenty of screens to watch your favorite sports teams. They also have a very nice menu that includes very good pasta dishes and appetizers. Karaoke in the bar on Saturday night starting at 9:00 pm. Once a year Mike holds a huge party for Maryvale high school alumni and the place gets rocking. I recommend Pullano's if you have not tried their food and I am sure that you will be hooked. read more

What a great place for a quick bite! This is a huge business for Italian favorites and social gatherings. The bar had a hundred plus for a party. The dinning room had a hundred plus just for-lunch. Our group of 4 love this place. Daily specials and games on tv's with music playing. for football games. A mega operation with imbedded ties to community having great customer service. Ill go back. I have ordered their cheeseburger and fries for delivery through UberEats twice now and was very happy with my meal both times. The food arrived at a hot enough temperature, and the size of the portions was perfect. We visited last night for dinner. Our waitress was Michelle. We ordered the extra large cheese with 20 wings a antipasto salad and an order of of garlic bread with cheese First during the ordering process we wanted the pizza half pepperoni that was fine then to the wings we wanted half boneless garlic and half traditional honey bbq. She insisted we couldn't do that. So we ended up all traditional half garlic half honey bbq. She then asked if we wanted our pizza double cut. I have no idea what that means. I had a really questioning look then I said I don't know what that means (I don't eat pizza). She was not very nice when responding it cuts the pieces into smaller slices. We declined. I ordered the salad she asked if I wanted it chopped. I told her I just want a salad. The salad came out in the smaller bowl(they have two sizes). Other people who had single serving salads had the same bowl. I also was no served garlic bread with my salad. I don't know why it wasn't in the bigger bowl that is usually used. Late in the meal I asked if they had garlic bread maybe with cheese. She said yes. I was expecting a few dollars for my addition. I was charged $7.99 for cheese toast. I don't even see that on the menu. The food was good but seems a little expensive (always has). The waitress was just not a pleasant person. We asked if there was a military discount because there is a big sign on the window that we proudly support those who serve. She states they did not have a discount. She seemed to not like visiting our table. I love the salad but but I don't know if it is worth it. I can get it cheaper and larger other places.
