The storefront is located in a modern strip-mall near downtown Cashmere and is attached to the newest Yonder cider taproom. Don't know if the dough just didn't rise or what the issue might have been. Also, as pretty as it was, only took a couple of bites of the jelly filled. It was very dense and not pillowy soft like a couple of donut shops where I live. The Persian also lacked sort of a flakiness about it. I will say they're bread looked very pretty. From the outside, you can pretty much fly through the drive-thru because the service is so fast. Most often there are multiple barristers and they are the fastest I've ever seen (see pics). What's not to love--the assortment of food items and coffee prepared any way you like it, are endless. Even Friday night late, Aut-to Mocha is open. And an easy highway exit and return, makes this my favorite coffee stop!
