Thanks AAAP, I won't be back. I've shopped here for 20 years in this town just over the past year I noticed a steep decline in service, employees make you fell like your a burden when you come to visit. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN. Decided to look at their corporate numbers this morning. I noticed their closing down 400/600 stores this year for the lack of Sales. Go Figure these middle aged people are killing businesses all over this place.

We drove almost three hours for a specific vehicle that only they had and they worked with us over the phone to where all we had to do was sign papers when we got there. Jeffrey in sales was the most courteous and knowledgeable car salesman we have worked with. You can tell he has been doing this for a while and he knows how to conduct business. Robbie in finance was so patient with us and made us feel like family. We never felt pressured with any decision, he simply gave us the information and educated on certain aspects to think of when selecting services like extended warranties. He made the car buying experience painless. We left feeling like family. We would not hesitate again to drive from New Orleans to purchase another vehicle from Phil Moore GMC. Don't hesitate, this is where you need to go for your next new or used vehicle.

My 93-year-old mother-in-law is the usual passenger and can't see very well. She just gropes at the indoor door surface until she finds the handle and managed to turn a small flaw into a big one over the course of a year. Blane's agreed to fix it Monday morning for $100. I brought it to them at 8. They called at 9:30 to tell me it was ready. Looks beautiful. I paid the agreed-on price (in cash) + sales tax and could not be happier. I dealt with 4 different people and found them all to be delightful. I had taken it to a few other people recently all of whom wanted hundreds more to replace various components of the door.

I thought it odd that they presented me with a waiver to sign, stating that the repair might not work for me to acknowledge. The front desk clerks spent more time talking to themselves about their weekend activities than interacting with me, the customer. It was completed quickly with a request for me to not do certain things with the car for a period of time. The chip had hardly changed at all! I thought, ok, perhaps it will "cure" or something after the specified time. WRONG! The chip actually got worse than when I brought it in for repair! I've had many of these "super glue" repairs done n the past. ALL took longer than this one and ALL were almost a fully transparent fix. I spoke with my insurance agent who called them. He was told, tough, I had signed the waiver. So insurance companies are paying Venables Glass a couple of hundred dollars for a fix that they force the customer to acknowledge that it might not work? Yes, that is what customers of Venables Glass and their insurance carriers are doing. This company used to have a good reputation when the father ran the company. They say an Apple doesn't fall far from the tree...but it can sure roll a long way! AVOID! Safelight is a great alternative and they come to Madison-Ridgeland!
