Kassie and her assistant Christina Servideo, were extremely kind, made sure we understood every step of the process and checked in with both the seller and ourselves regularly. Initially we were told that acquiring the title information could take 2 or more weeks, however this law office was able to make this happen within about a week. Following the closing, we were on record and everything was official in under 2 hours. The closing was a wonderful experience as well. I was forced to pay him almost…read more$7000 for his legal fees, which at the end he admitted that I had already paid supplemental fees that the property management company, Great North,(GN) said I owed. Took them 6 months to figure it out after I gave them proof of funds. All his legal fees were based upon the inaccurate accounting from GN. Any reasonable person can determine that those legal fees are inappropriate due to their error. He threatened to put my condo in foreclosure if I didn't pay. I reluctantly paid because he lied to the judge in court. Now he provides a discharge of the lien with the wrong book and page. The registry can't process it. I paid them $105. Lennon must now provide a new discharge and now I have to make another trip to registry and pay another $105. Why doesn't he rectify his mistake and go to the registry himself and pay? He says he will reimburse me $105. Do I believe him? Afterall, he embezzled $7000 from me, why would he reimburse $105. Sad part, one the partners of the law firm condones this bad behavior. NEVER USE THIS FIRM.
