One word to describe Petra: AMAZING! Our real estate agent…read morerecommended Petra to us and we are so fortunate that he did because our condo deal would just not have gone through if it weren't for her and our agent! Our closing, unfortunately, coincided with the COVID-19 lockdown so there was a lot of trepidation around whether we would actually be able to close or not but Petra pushed through and made sure that we got our home. She followed up on every single detail and kept us informed throughout and she went above and beyond to ensure that all the asks we had coming out of the inspection were well documented and contractually agreed upon with the sellers. Another hiccup was around the seller's attorney - he was very stuck up, rude, and almost jeopardized the deal but Petra ensured that she took care of every detail despite this. No matter what time of day it was, Petra was always available to answer and support us and we are very thankful for her work. I would recommend her to EVERYONE!

In the end, they were instrumental to getting me a divorce agreement that was fair on all levels (financial, custody/parenting plan) and got me all the "must haves" I wanted to see in the agreement. I would highly recommend Attorney Flashenburg and Christine for anyone going through a divorce.

During the meeting, I was asked questions such as whether I knew where my boss graduated from (yes, I do know - Harvard), and when I described my experience, the term "gaslighting" was met with visible skepticism rather than explored in a meaningful way. I ultimately sought a second opinion with another attorney, which resulted in a $180,000 settlement. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to seek multiple perspectives before making decisions about representation.
