I've taken a couple stray cats that have showed up at my house to this shelter and each time I have went there all employees are extremely friendly and all the pets in their care are very well taken care of!

The ferrets and other animals (Rabbits, chincillas) are kept in very poor conditions to. The ferrets have poop all over their enclosure and the bunnies have pee all over their poor feet.

I can't say anything about the grooming services but I do plan on trying them out soon (This is why it's only 4 stars at the time of writing this). This is one of my favorite stores for pet products (not that there are many options) and I enjoy the good range of options available.
