They have a very nice paint department for any aspiring home improvement enthusiasts. They have a very good inventory of Carhartt apparel. This spring they had chicks for sale at very reasonable prices. For any farmer, there is a plethora of farm relative items from feed to tools to parts. They even have a small section of candy and canned goods. Speaking of canned goods, if you are involved in food preservation, they have an extremely good inventory of canning jars. Today I visited to purchase a door latch for my barn, and they had exactly what I needed. Prices are comparable to Tractor Supply, but cheaper than the local ACE Hardware. The store is clean and well laid out. Aisles are spacious. There is quite a few customer service assistants in the store at any one time, ready to help you find what you are looking for. There is ample parking on a newly paved lot. Overall, this store is a one stop kind of place for anybody looking for farm or home supplies. The best part is that it is an American owned, family run business. There is no "corporate feel" here. You are treated like an individual. I highly recommend this business and will make it one of my go to places for all things farm and homestead supply.

(I have been informed of four different individuals between my last visit and this second attempt. One of the first two may have been in training, but if so, no informed me of this in advance.) The first visit was for a bath and trim. The awful haircut was blamed on my dog. This appointment was going to be for a nail trim, but between reconsidering my first experience and the inquiring for a nail trim, I've decided against giving it another try. It's one thing to give a 10 pound pooch a bad trim, but I didn't want to risk...a bad experience with nail trimming.
