She went ahead with ignoring me and even assisted two other customers before talking to me. I eventually got tired of waiting and spoke to the manager. The manager was super apologetic and super helpful. She dropped everything to make sure I was served personally by her. This manager made my bad experience amazing. Because of the manager, I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. So to clarify, this store is great and I will not let one bad service experience deter me from getting what I know will be a great experience from now on. Go visit this store if you want great customer service, and if you run into an issue, talk to the manager. She will 100% make sure it's good to go.
