I do notice that the young college-age employees are much pickier than the owner on what they choose, probably because they have to account for the items they take in. Sometimes you can find a real steal, or at least something a little different. I always seem to gravitate towards the expensive stuff - the $50-100 items - but those are usually the prices for designer name things that go for much more. I would say $100 is usually the highest one sees, with most stuff falling between $10-$30. One small little thing, I consigned a dry-clean-only skirt once and they must have washed it and therefore it shrunk considerably when I visited again a few weeks later. I haven't brought it up, but I doubt it will sell now. It just means we both lost out on money.

Maybe you'll find a plate or picture that you could settle for, but there are several other places in the area where you can actually enjoy hunting for bargains. And as for their lack of communication, I guess they were experiencing phone issues during their relocation. I do still think they need to improve their customer service skills in responding to their clients in a more timely manner.
