I started the process of requesting shades for my windows four months ago - I thought that I would…read morebe ahead of the game and ready for the summer heat. I am a repeat customer, having bought a wood stove and having had shades installed at my house. Unfortunately, while everyone I spoke with was very friendly, I received no action. When I called, everyone with whom I spoke assured me that they had all of my information and that I would receive some type of communication - nothing. Finally, two months after my initial request, a very nice person reached out. We arranged a time for her to come and measure my windows. She wrote up a detailed agreement, and I promptly paid half. That was in early June. She did explain that they had to order the custom shades. Since then - nothing. When I emailed her and her supervisor asking for a simp0le update last week, I thought that I might hear something - silence. Perhaps Friends of the Sun is overwhelmed with business and so profitable that they do not need to worry about communicating with customers but, to me, this is poor business. Everyone deserves to be treated courteousy. An email response takes about 30 seconds, unless you are long-winded like me :)

I called Syd's, without hope of any remedy. The rep explained that we could make a "comfort swap" and advised us to wait until the following month when the brand was going on sale. We were able to exchange the mattress without any charges and we love the new one. There was no pushback or hassle. The people were wonderful.
