We were immediately greeted warmly and were told about the menu after informing them that it was our first visit. The prices were very reasonable for the portions you received, and the tastes were absolutely incredible. I'm very glad we decided to stop here. I personally had the birria tacos, and they'll now be my new go-to every time I return here. My wife had the bean and cheese nachos as her meal, and it was big enough to be a filling meal. She absolutely loved it. For dessert we ordered the churro with caramel sauce that tastes homemade. It was an incredible dessert to finish an incredible meal. You wouldn't think you'd find this quality at a fast food shop but here it is. I'm impressed. I'd give over 5 stars if I could.

Just boiler plate Mexican offerings nothing mind blowing. There were 5 workers present but the counter guy was certainly new and completely unpolished. He'll com up to speed but his process was slow. Equally the food came out slow. One order at a time with plenty of time between food runs. The dining area is sparse and blah. No style in the dining room. The food was good and portions were fair compared to pricing. Not a great place but far from bad. I'd say try for yourself

The server did a great job with making sure that our drinks were filled, and we had to go boxes and brought our food out in a timely manner. Some of the appetizer choices were the calamari, fried kale and crab claw lollipops. All three were absolutely outstanding, and the portions were large. For dinner, our choices are rockfish, lobster, mac & cheese, filet mignon, or grilled chicken green curry. Again, the portion sizes were large and everyone enjoyed their meals. We were able to choose from a flourless chocolate torte or cheesecake. I forgot to mention that the Caesar salad was so fresh and the dressing was outstanding. I would like to come back and experience the restaurant and their entire menu. The upstairs had a fun, urban feel with a fireplace and a cool bar. We felt comfortable and it was a fun vibe.

If you're looking for a coastal escape in the middle of PA, Rockfish Public House is the spot. Ever…read moresince they opened in 2016, they've been the gold standard for fresh seafood in downtown York. It's got that elevated "public house" vibe--stylish enough for a date but relaxed enough for a casual weekday hang. The Oyster Happy Hour The absolute best way to experience this place is their Oyster Happy Hour. It's arguably the best deal in town and a total magnet for the after-work crowd. The Deal: Usually running until 6:00 PM, you get "happy hour on the half shell" pricing that makes indulging in a dozen (or two) actually affordable. The Variety: They don't just stick to one house oyster; they typically rotate through boutique selections from the East Coast, so you can really compare the salinity and finishes. The BBQ Shrimp While the raw bar gets a lot of love, you have to try the BBQ Shrimp Skewer. These aren't your average grilled shrimp; they come bacon-wrapped with a perfect glaze and a hit of cheddar. It's smoky, savory, and exactly the kind of rich appetizer you want to pair with a cold craft beer. The Verdict Rockfish has been a cornerstone of George Street for nearly a decade for a reason. Whether you're a seasoned oyster connoisseur or you're just there for the seafood nachos and a smash burger, the quality is consistently top-tier. Pro Tip: It gets crowded fast during that happy hour window, so try to snag a spot at the first-floor bar early!

Proud mama!!!! She ordered water I got tea. The service was friendly, fast and uninterrupted. We ordered carne asada and nachos. I can't remember all my daughter asked as toppings but it looked great! Food was good it came fast and hot! The steak was cooked to perfection. The only thing was that no cheese was mentioned on the menu but it did have it melted over the beans. It wasn't queso fresco; I couldn't tell what kind of cheese it was, maybe white American, but it was awful! I pushed it aside. My daughter said her nachos also had the same cheese on her nachos and she didn't like it either but the rest of the toppings were fantastic. lol when the chips were placed on the table with it were two bowls. One bowl was clearly salsa and the other was white so I dipped thinking it was queso. Yuck !!!! It definitely wasn't queso!! The restaurant could be cleaner. There were smudges on the windows and back door of dining area. The wall by kitchen you can see stains, dirt. The ladies room full length mirror had smudges and the center stall has a broken toilet seat. It was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper and a soft fragrance. The outside signage wasn't very visible from the shopping center entrance. I had to loop around the parking lot toward the car wash and behind it, it was on that end. Don't know if there was a cross contamination with an allergen but after I left I had to take an allergy pill. I felt nausea and a scratchy feeling in my throat. Unfortunately I will have to eliminate Mex food from my diet it doesn't sit well.

There was a lot of food, and it all tasted very good. Now, I didn't get limes for the carnitas or cilantro, and what threw me off the most is I got a side of ranch (I didn't know what to use it on). I paid 28 bucks for all that plus a soda. Overall, it's very good, and I'll be back again for sure.
