If I can suggest a purchase; get a full beef tenderloin cut into steaks. You will get a very decent amount of high end steak cuts that will be much cheaper then you will get elsewhere. The steaks freeze well and the quality is stellar. FYI their chicken breast is cheaper then any place nearby, even WalMart.

You're a butcher, helping customers understand the products is literally part of the job. When I asked about ribs and how many I wanted, his response was, "Well, that's going to be $300," delivered with a sarcastic attitude that made us feel unwelcome. Throughout the entire interaction, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff simply by asking questions. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the rude treatment completely ruined what should have been a straightforward shopping experience. I cannot think of any reason to do that other than increasing the weight. I had to use a paper towel and dry off every piece as I took it out of the package. See the pictures below. You can see the puddle of oil on the meat. You can see the oil stained on the paper towel I pressed out of the piece of jerky .
