I sat near an antique telephone switchboard! Now for the food... I've eaten a whole lot of omelets in my life, and I've never had one like this. Wow. I ordered a 2-egg omelet for $7 and change, and it was absolutely bursting! It covered the plate. The egg was cooked thin - almost transparent, and it was wrapped around a huge ball of bacon, tomato, mushroom and provolone. I needed a box. It reminded me of a large Stromboli, but made with egg instead of dough. I can truly say I had the best omelet I've ever had today, and it happened in Nanty Glo.
