As one of the previous reviewers stated, the Chocolate Butter Fudge is amazing. I got mine with hot fudge and marshmallow topping. They have nut covered waffle cones as well as sprinkle covered waffle cones. Also, regular cones. I am told that the banana split is huge. My 2nd stop on the PA ice cream trail. I got Black Raspberry and it had a more blue hue than reddish, compared to the one I got somewhere else. Anyway, it was a lot, held up pretty well while I drove for 20 more minutes, and tasted great. On the contrary, the jalapeno pretzel was not worth it. I saw it got microwaved so it's probably pre-made. It was doughy, especially at the knots. The crust was pretty pale. read more

If you're feeling fancy, choose a handmade waffle cone dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. My all time flavor of ice cream here is the graham cracker crumb cheesecake. It's a tradition of mine to order an ice cream cake for my birthday every year made of this flavor. The milk is delicious as well and is very reasonably priced for a gallon. Great premium ice cream literally a stones throw from Traditions Restaurant that we dine at whenever we stay at Raystown Resort. We purchased pints, stuck them in our freeze once we got back to Raystown. Remove from the freezer, pop out, split into 2, and enjoy! Used to be much better, I haven't been there in a year or so. Ordered ice cream the other night (double scoop- dishes). We got the same amount of ice cream we used to get in a single scoop a few years ago, for a higher price. Plus the girl who waited on us had that "I would rather be anywhere else, going anything else" vibe which was very off putting. There are at least two soft serve options very close by- both have better value, better customer service and better portion size for your money.
