Cute little mobile vendor. Super nice staff. We tried the ices and the ice cream and they are all generous and flavorful. Loved the watermelon ice over vanilla ice cream. Tables and chairs are available and they have a corn hole game set up. Sign says they cater. Great treat!

Shaved ice and ice cream, Hawaiian style.

Really good shaved ice. I've never had it with ice cream on the bottom before and I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first but it was actually really good. The shaved ice is super smooth so it goes well with the ice cream. There was a ton of flavors to choose from and the prices were great for the amount you got. The staff were super friendly too. This will definitely be the frozen treat of choice this summer.

Great icy treat for a good price. Great local family owned business! No better way to cool off on a nice summer evening.

From the artsy décor to the extensive menu to the helpful staff, this restaurant does not disappoint. If you're looking for sweet treats or savory bites, you'll turn to your left and enter the café, where you can peruse the wall menu for breakfast crepes, dessert crepes, savory crepes, salads, sandwiches and more. If you're in the mood for cocktails, you'll turn to your right and enter a beautifully appointed bar room with a prohibition-era vibe. After placing your food and drink orders, you can either dine downstairs in the bar room or café, or you can make your way upstairs to the spacious dining rooms and enjoy the ambiance of gothic chandeliers, ornate ceilings, antique furniture and an abundance of natural light. In warmer weather, you can even dine outside on the backyard patio. I ordered a veggie breakfast crepe with scrambled eggs, sliced avocado, mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes and spinach. The veggies were fresh and flavorful, and the eggs were just the right texture and consistency. I requested certain omissions (no cheese and no onions), which they were happy to accommodate. I appreciate that the staff are willing to cater to diners with dietary restrictions. They will do whatever they can to accommodate your preferences whenever possible. The staff were pleasant and professional; from the counter staff to the servers to the bussers, everyone was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Tables were quickly bussed and turned around for the next guests, the dining rooms were kept clean and spotless, the staff were attentive and accommodating, and the wait time was minimal. My only complaint is that drinks are not delivered to the table with your meal order. If you want a drink, you must go to the bar yourself to pick it up. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but tableside drink service would make the dining experience more convenient for the customer. All in all, Allegheny Creamery & Crepes is worth the visit if you ever find yourself in downtown Hollidaysburg. I highly recommend.

The space has a nice feel to it -- cozy inside, a small bar, and a lovely courtyard with outdoor seating out back. It's a relaxed, welcoming spot that's easy to settle into. The menu covers both sweet and savory crepes, so there's something for everyone. We kept it simple and just had crepes stuffed with savory items and tea, but everything was delicious. The crepes were fresh and well made, and the tea was a nice touch. It's the kind of place we'll definitely be coming back to. It might even become a regular stop on future college runs. If you're in the area, it's well worth checking out.

If I wanted candy , I would buy candy bars, I don't see people denied chocolate blizzards or strawberry blizzards. I only eat vanilla flavored ice cream/frozen dairy products. All of a sudden, after all these years I'm told "it corporate policy" not to make plain vanilla blizzards. If I wanted a milk shake, I would order a shake. I'll not patronize the Duncanvile DQ ever again....I can get plain vanilla blizzards at other DQ franchises without a problem, so all my DQ needs will be bought from the other DQ sites. Whatever happened to the "customer is always right!". I have many allergies so I stick with plain vanilla....too bad Dville DQ but you have lost a $$$$ spending once loyal DQ customer. I won't risk allergic reactions just because you now refuse to take reasonable care of a person with special needs. I can't believe that since the 80s I've always gotten served plain vanilla blizzards but suddenly it's a problem at this particular franchise I rate it a big ZERO !

We didn't know what to expect, especially seeing a few right-leaning shirts at the tables around us. Noticing this place while on a road trip we wanted to try it out. Breakfast was priced at $10.99 on the website. We got two plus one coffee and with tip the bill was about $35. Didn't add up, but ok. I noticed a few comments here about the staff being rude. We didn't experience that. From the cashier to the people serving drinks and picking up plates, they were nice and helpful. The food was ok, not great, but good for the price paid. I mean, from the mountains of food people were putting on their plates I'm a little confused how they make a profit. As a vegetarian and diabetic I had limited choice. If you are a meat eater, about every breakfast meat you can imagine they had, even something called scrapple, which is a regional thing I guess. There was an omelette station too. There was a dessert bar also. My husband -who has a sweet tooth- got a blueberry pie type dessert and could barely eat it because it was too sweet. As a diabetic it was good to see they had sugar free syrup and one sugar free dessert. On the buffet I could only have the eggs, mushrooms and a few house breakfast potatoes- which were quite good. We got there a little after 8:30 a.m. and it wasn't super busy. There was no waiting in line. When we left 45 minutes later, there was a huge line. Overall happy we tried it out. If we lived here we may go back to try out lunch or dinner. This isn't gourmet food, and for the price paid you wouldn't expect it. If you go, enjoy it for what it is.
