This still one of my favorite stores to visit. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. IF you have not ordered a custom cake from their bakery, you are missing out! They have great pricing and some of the best cake we have had from a store. We have ordered the 8 inches round cakes in various custom designs, cake flavor, filling, and icing. For us that is the perfect size, but I have see others purchasing larger cakes and rave about how good they are as well! read more

I absolutely love this store and having it and Harris Teeter so close to one another is just so cool. I don't know how they co-exist so close together, but they succeed very well at carving out their own individual niches. I like the layout because the juices and such are right near the door and I don't have to go all the way to the back of the store like I do others. Everyone that works at Publix is very kind and courteous. If I can't find something, they drop whatever they are doing to not just tell me what aisle it is in, but actually take me all the way to find it. Fantastic customer service! read more

I'm very happy a Publix opened up in this area. I went to check it out and it did not disappoint! I love the variety of options they have for quick meals to take home as well as prepackaged salads. One of my fave things about Publix grocery stores are their pre-cut fruit bowls. I believe they do a wonderful job of picking quality/ripe fruit for the bowls so I definitely grabbed one. I'm sure this will be a regular thing for me. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Not to mention, there was plenty of parking. If you are in the area, I recommend checking it out. read more

First time in Publix and I must say I'm very impressed, from the fresh food options, to the customer service this trip to the grocery store was one of my best experiences, I love not only do they sell hot food, but they give you a place to enjoy it with the indoor and outdoor sitting areas, I'm not sure about others but grocery shopping makes me hungry and if I enter in hungry I buy the most junk, and forget I'm trying to have netter eating habits, so being able to sit and eat is a plus for me lol, I can't wait to dig into this fresh key lime pie, a lady passing buy the bakery said it was amazing. I love the beer and wine section gives a variety of options as well, this coconut sake is something I've never seen sold in stores, cant wait to try this...Needless to say I'll be back because it's so close to my home read more

Do not place an order for a cake here. Ordered a cake a few days in advance to get a call 30 minutes before pick up that they did not have the cake type I ordered. Went to pick up the cake and waited 15 minutes past pickup time to find out the frosting was wrong as well. Highly disappointed about the cake as well as my party guests. read more

It's Publix so the minimum would be 3 stars. But during our time here we have been very disappointed in this location. Yes it is clean, yes it is a lovely place to shop. Most of the workers are nice (bakery workers are by far our favorite). But beware if you try going to the Deli or for a PubSub on Sundays. There is a particular worker that must not know she works at Publix, and instead acts like she's at McD. Constantly complaining, huffing and puffing about the sandwich you are ordering, completely slow, I can go on and on. Have complained to management but seems nothing has been done. We used to get PubSubs every Sunday but that has since stopped due to the rudeness of that particular employee. I don't recommend self-checkout out here. You'll be both watched like a hawk and completely slowed down by the inefficient system that wants you to put everything in a bag. One. At. A. Time. I am pretty used to self checkout at this point and get going pretty fast but constantly get slowed down. Got to a point where I don't even use self-checkout anymore. Overall, it's Publix, so it will get minimum 3 stars but this location does live up to the Publix Customer Service we saw in all our old Florida locations. read more

Two of the pharmacists at this location were incredibly rude to me. I have had good experiences there in the past, but the last time I went, it was terrible. It doesn't take a lot to be nice and answer a few questions. And a bit of human decency and kindness isn't too much to ask, I would think. I will never go there again. There are plenty of other pharmacies. Don't waste your time going to this one. No one should have to be treated this way. read more

The prices here absolutely insane. It's an alright store, but you're paying $2 extra per item. A half-gallon of milk here costs more than an entire gallon of milk at Food Lion. If you're a pretentious person with more money than sense, maybe this is the store for you. read more

This Publix is pretty solid, I would give a 5 but most of the time I find myself waiting a long time for things from the deli that we're ordered in advance. But best grocery store in the area for sure read more
