My family and I had our passport photos taken at Walgreens and all of them were rejected. They were the correct size, but the actual photo itself did not meet the guidelines and we had to pay and retake them at the post office. Now, Walgreens does have a policy that you can get a refund or have the pictures retaken if they're not accepted, but that's too risky when it comes to a passport. Outside of that, my experience shopping here and at the pharmacy was pleasant.

I have never had such a poor experience. I feel I've done my due diligence. Run. Run as fast as you can and if your meds are life sustaining you will likely die waiting for them. I had to check out my other items at the front- the cashier was nice. I asked if I had coupons- she didn't know- I seen them on the screen and asked to use the. If my provider prescribes something, I prefer to go here instead of leaving and going to Walgreens or CVS down the street. They don't carry one of my prescriptions, so I will have to continue going elsewhere for that. That's my only issue. I recommend this pharmacy.

You could literally get everything within the hour but this Knightdale location is constantly plagued with delays, shortstaffed, unscheduled closings, long wait times to checkout inside the store in general, errors and confusiing mismatched text messages--like you get a message saying your prescription is ready but show up to a sign saying they are closed due not having a pharmacist or a sign saying you have to come inside because the drive thru window is closed due to having low staff. There is always a delay on meds and at least two day waits. They will literally keep you on hold forever, keep picking up line only to disconnect you so you have to start over again. You can have an appointment for shots and still get seen 30 mins later. I am not sure why they remain open with such short staffing issues. I complained to corporate and didnt even get a email response or phone call. I am currently researching what pharmacy gets good reviews in the county so I can transfer all my meds because its so exhausting.

A very rude, vile young lady who obviously hates her job as a cashier and customer service representative. She rang my items up incorrectly three times and when I corrected her, I got the " hissing sound" of the young ladies that are angry they were corrected. I watched in silence and was astounding that this young lady is on the front lines of waiting on customers. I asked for managers and names. As I was leaving, I did run into Austin, and we discussed what Miss Serenity did. His comment was " thats unacceptable and she will be written up." I am definitely not trying to get this young lady in trouble, maybe a 2nd time around in customer training is what needs to happen. Serenity, do better babe! Do better!

The Zebulon Drug Company Building is now home to the General Store & Gifts to Go. The store opened…read morein March and is on two floors. The first level is the General Store and has a wide variety of merchandise and even an area in the back with sewing machines. It looked like classes are taught there. Upstairs had more art and craft items. It even looked like they were starting an art gallery. I liked the selection of products made in NC downstairs. Service was friendly here and there is street parking available as well as parking on the side of the building. The General Store & Gifts to Go is a welcome addition to Downtown Zebulon.
