The manager Steve will go out of his way to make shopping at Publix a pleasure! Lil in the seafood department is also excellent along with Mike in the meat department read more

This Publix is nice, clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I visited this Publix while visiting my parents in Florida and Kaci (at the sandwich station) was an absolute DELIGHT. she had an amazing personality & flawless customer service skills. My mom was being super indecisive on what she wanted on her sandwich, yet Kaci handled her with absolute grace. She deserves a raise/promotion asap!! read more

Even tho this Publix is a bit awkward to get in and out of due to the congestion at the street light it is the designated pickup and delivery Store for our area. I have used the order on line and pick up service twice and it has been excellent. Only issue was first time finding the two designated pickup up parking spots due to alot of traffic distractions. Next time one of the spots had been taken wrongfully by a regular shopper with NJ plates. Rude. Everything was nicely packed and I didn't even have to get out of the car. Just texted when we left the house and texted again when we got there. Very polite and clean no contact with the workers as i simply popped open the trunk from inside. Everything i ordered was there. Everything. Often I forget to get something myself. This saved me having to leave my wife with Dementia waiting in the car during the pandemic as she refused to wear masks. What a lifesaver this service was. Yes I could have had it delivered to our house too but one has to get out once in awhile don't they!! A+++ for this Publix Staff. Especially for large orders this service in a great time saver. read more

Boo on the new Publix app. When you look up an item on the app it does not carry the price of the product unless it is on sale, BOGO, or if you are ordering for a store pickup. So if you are trying to use the app to go shopping at the store you will have no idea how much you're going to spend beforehand. When I spoke with the customer service for technical issues on the app I was advised that this was an intentional act by Publix that because they have different prices at different stores they do not post the price for each item. Hey Publix, hire a couple of 14-year-olds they would probably be able to set up a program in the app that would allow each store to have the prices posted. After all, the price is an essential issue when shopping, isn't it? read more

I'm from the Midwest and let me just say, y'all are lucky to have Publix. The shelves are always stocked, floors always clean, and I never have to wait long in line. What more can you ask for? read more

This Publix location is a nice, clean grocery store that we use often. They have a large selection at the deli. The layout is well thought out and easy to navigate for our weekly shopping trips. While I tend to use some other grocery chains for some of our pantry items, I feel Publix offers a higher standard when it comes to meats and seafood. The customer service department is welcoming and happy to order items that you may need but, that they don't carry at this particular location. All you have to do is fill out a form and ask. They will work with you, if it's possible. Overall, I'd recommend this store to any of the locals to get their family's weekly groceries. Look out for BOGO and other sales and coupons by using the free Publix app. It definitely helps minimize the damage to your budget. However, when it comes to food that I feed my family with, quality matters. Publix delivers..... I subtracted one star simply because this location is a bit smaller than others and has a tiny bit less to offer. However, it's likely due to its location. The business itself is something I respect and would recommend fully. :) read more

I did have one bad experience here at the Apron's display. I complimented the woman there. Said she looked like June Lockhart on Lassie. Timmy's Mom. A few minutes later she attempted to chew me out a new A**hole. Everything she said went back to Management. The pharmacy is great. Long waits which don't bother me as I just shop. The Pharmacy never closes early like the other Publix. Great staff here. Within the past year on two visits I lost $20 and both times it was turned in. Once by a customer and once by the Bakery Mgr. I called corporate to make sure she was commended. read more

Great food chain. Love their prepared foods and salads. Always courteous and helpful.

This use to be a great place to shop for groceries, however latley it seems that some employees are way to comfortable on their job. Picking up a cake the employee was on her phone oblivious to everyone. Had to grab her attention. After going back and forth with this young woman about a cake that was not done correctly. Instead of apologizing she made no effort to correct their error which I had paid for in advance. I guess this one Publix that lost its shine I'm customer service and in detail. Won't go back. read more

Visiting Florida from the UK. By chance, this supermarket was closest and already had good reviews here. Great range of goods on sale, clean, easy parking, and reasonably priced. We even found Yorkshire tea and HP brown sauce! Staff here deserve six stars! They couldn't have been any more friendly and professional. We were asked if we needed assistance more than once by floor staff which was much appreciated when looking for specific items. Our experience at the check out and bag pack was also marvellous, with staff again really helpful. Tomorrow, I shall be back for the things we forgot! read more

This store continues to be a very nice store with a very friendly staff. They go out of their way to help. Their ice cream is still the best anywhere and it's still a full quart. the prices are higher than Walmart but, if you know what your doing you can cherry pick them for the best deals. And use the coupons. read more

Meets are over priced with limited selection. Usually go across the street to Winn Dixie for that part of my shopping. However, produce lasts much longer and if you look, deals are there everywhere. Don't forget to pick up a flyer once you walk in the door ... could save you more money than you think! Best time to go shopping is Sunday Morning!!! You can zip through without running in to people and wizz through the checkouts. read more

This is a really nice Publix. The store is very clean and there is a lot to choose from. The service is good, too, as expected from Publix.

Disappointing! The first time I order Instacart and Publix doesn't have multiple things I wanted. Why do department heads not make sure that was is offered, especially in regards to hot foods advertised as available, is available?! I would think, in this case, that during lunchtime that fried chicken would be something that is prepared and ready to go on a Sunday at noon time. Nope. Drop the ball. Fortunately there are other grocery stores in the area. Might just have to give them a chance instead. read more

Always come here for groceries. I call this Publix my Publix. Great staff all polite, friendly, and helpful. Adequate staff without long lines read more

Publix is OK but they make their Bogo sale item a little deceitful. Example, NE Coffee 10 ounce bag for 6.99, well you can buy this same size bag at Walmart for $3.88. We're is the big deal here. I also noticed that an item goes on sale with the bogo and it says you will save exa: $4.79 Then the following week when it's not on sale the price is a dollar cheaper so they want you to think you got a great deal but just playing games with us. Well we are not stupid, we know how the game is played. read more

Love this Publix. Never had a bad experience here. In fact, the entire shopping center here is great. We love this area.

I love this Publix!! The store is always spotless and the employees are friendly and go above and beyond to help. If there's ever an item I'm looking for that they don't have, they will order it and carry it on the shelves for my convenience. The bakery and deli always serve fresh food and it makes such a difference. I would rather pay a little extra for better quality and freshness. My favorite part is online ordering for the deli. Now I can order my lunch meats online and have it waiting for me to pick up. No more waiting in the deli line!! Great store. read more
