Even though a lot of customers were getting gas, waiting for a pump didn't take long because there are many gas pumps at this Kroger gas station. It looked like all of the gas pumps were working. The gas stations is relatively clean. I noticed that this gas station has the most outdoor vending machines and refrigerators that I've ever seen.

Good luck checking out after 915 pm, as they close all of the lanes except the self checkout on the very end. The lines are usually half way down the aisle towards the help desk- not an exaggeration. And NOW you have to fight the aisles with the inventory robots! Why are they here while the store is open, if all they're doing is inventory? They're bulking and in the way.

This Kroger gas station has a lot of gas pumps, so customers don't have to wait long for pumps.

I will continue to shop at Food Lion as long as you have a management team that understand how to deliver such brilliant customer service. I hope her hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

I'm not sure what truly separates BJs and gives it the edge over those two, besides the location. Maybe that's their angle, because it's quite a drive to either of those two other chains I mentioned before if you live in La Vergne. I wasn't overly impressed, but they definitely caught my attention with a couple things. The selection of proteins wasn't as good as Costco, but they had a lot more variety in the freezer section. The deli is a bonus and helps to eliminate extra stops. When walking the isles, I noticed there was a lot of product where it wasn't supposed to be and open product laying on the shelves. Jumping outside, the gas station situation is awful. Only one row of pumps and the queue is a nightmare during a rush.

He approached me and asked if I had a problem with my feet. I don't so I said no, he then proceeded to tell me very adamantly that I wasn't allowed to use the cart unless I had something wrong with my feet. I left and had my sister speak with a manager who said he would talk to him but also defended his actions once again due to my age. The way these events played out was downright unacceptable and shameful to the company. I hope no one else has to experience this kind of embarrassment and I encourage BJs to improve their team.

Walking into the store are employees sitting to the right of the store smoking. The cart Coral has trash all over the store along with trash in the carts. Once in the store you notice that the floors look like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The selection of goods is just sad. The produce department is a laughing joke. Service during checkout is ridiculously slow. The busiest time of the day had two lanes opened. I live five minutes away from the store and I choose to drive to the Kroger in Smyrna which is an extra 10 miles away. Kroger either needs to do something with this store or completely shut it down. I believe it is a health risk at this point.

Most other Aldi stores are either poorly lit or have empty boxes and various items scattered throughout the store making things difficult to find. The entire staff is always friendly and happy to help when needed and the store is well-staffed for its size.
