Shop in here usually for Bogo's . Sometimes can get a great deal with those. I like shopping here if i can't find items at other stores.

The employees at the bakery are wonderful. It is hard to get help anywhere else in the store.

I've been coming to this Publix for over 10 years. When I first moved into the area, it was a fabulous place to shop with shelves neatly stocked and polite and helpful employees. In the last 3 to 4 years, it has definitely gone downhill. Many of the employees who've been there a long time are still very polite and helpful but the neatness and organization of the store has not been on par with what you expect from Publix. In the last year or so every weekend, there are always groups of kids outside each entrance, asking for donations. I understand occasionally Publix allowing people to raise money, but it becomes very uncomfortable when I don't know the validity of their fundraising, as well as it being a constant thing. I can't give money to organizations every weekend, but I also feel bad telling these kids no. I will go to a different Publix or to Aldi on the weekends. read more

Ive been shopping at Publix for many years. Just recently moved to Lake Worth area, now shop at Nassau Square. Publix used to be known for "where shopping is a pleasure ". We'll, not any more. Why do Deli staff ALWAYS roll their eyes when I ask for my ham shaved? One male staff even tried to convince me that sliced ham more healthy than shaved ham. It's my preference to have my ham shaved. Staff get paid for hours worked, regardless of how many sandwiches made. Please train your staff to he patient. There are lots of senior citizens in the area around Nassau Square and we may be set in our ways. Please make our visit pleasurable like you advertise. I don't ask for much. Thank you. read more

I ordered a regular rotisserie chicken today. It was the driest, overcooked, unseasoned piece of poultry that I've had in years! I can only imagine that cardboard would taste better and have a comparable texture! Publix used to be where "shopping is a pleasure"; now that the next generation is running things, it's all about squeezing every penny of profit out of the bottom line even if it means serving food you wouldn't feed to farm animals. (No shade to farm animals!). You guys are a joke, but spending money on inedible food is no joke. read more

This Publix isn't the worst I've been to (that's saying a lot) however whenever I go here I am never greeted, the employees never ask if I need assistance, and in fact it seems as if I'm a burden to most of them which isn't unusual of customer service here in South Florida where everyone is a miserable jerk. The only time anybody acknowledged me yesterday was when one of their employees rudely yelled, "Excuse me." while I was browsing at the wine selection. Honestly I am used to rude behavior here in Florida but there are some days where it just gets under my skin because how hard is it to be kind to people? The prices at Publix are also insulting. I usually shop at Trader Joe's but needed to make a quick run. Never again. read more

Terrible store. every time I go in there it's a problem. Stood at the deli for 10 minutes and at least 6 people, including a manager, walked by me without acknowledging I was there or if I needed help. One lady making subs asked for others to help and nobody came they kept working behind the scenes not wanting to deal with customer. Publix needs to train their managers and employees about basic customer service and Publix needs to remember who is paying their bills. At their high prices, they should be kissing the feet of anyone who walks through that door. Bad. read more

Pretty similar to most Publix grocery stores in the chain -- this one is clean and the products are fresh. We used to shop here years ago with my mom. It's saying something that some of the employees have worked there for more than 20 years! One guy who is still a cashier used to ask after my mom when we started shopping here without her. And sent condolences after she passed. We were in the neighborhood and needed some cold cuts. Publix carries Boar's Head products and we have some faves. One of our friends was recently telling us about a cracked pepper turkey that we should try. I'm not fond of black pepper, so we got some pastrami seasoned turkey to see if we liked it. The Publix near us in Broward hasn't had their store brand microwave bacon for a month. I've had to buy another similar more expensive brand at Walmart. We'd also checked 2 other local Publix stores with no luck. I was happy to find that here they had exactly the Publix bacon I wanted, too. So we got everything we wanted. People were friendly Checkout was seamless. All in all, a good shopping experience. read more

Too pricey produce quality leaves a lot to be desired. Freezers not very cold lots of mushy stuff watch out for that. I rather support smaller businesses that focus on quality and happy customers read more

Not the biggest store but nice nonetheless. We checked and bought lottery tickets and the customer service was top notch, as usual at these places! The store was clean, even the restrooms were spotless! A great experience overall. read more

I just came into the store at 8:30 in the morning to do a return and I felt as though I had committed a crime because I didn't have a receipt the manager at the front desk told me I needed to come back at 11:00 for the store manager I shop at Publix all the time that service is horrible never will go to that store read more

It is currently the peak of the Covid epidemic and Publix has chosen NOT to bar unmasked shoppers from entering the store. Yesterday I went shopping for my elderly father and counted 6 unmasked patrons. One of them was standing over the stand with the bananas and his mouth was hanging open. I can only imagine the spit particles that dripped on those bananas! If you try to shop at Trader Joes without a mask, they do not let you enter. That is called acting responsibly. Get with the program, Publix! Personally, I will not be shopping there again! read more

Looking to start eating better, cutting out red meats and other unhealthy foods, have to lower my PSA #, so we went over to Publix today to get some fresh fish. Stan "The Fish Man" was very helpful and patient with us selecting some fish to buy and eat regularly. He steamed up some salmon for us to sample since we both said we didn't like salmon, too fishy tasting. But to our amazement we loved it ! He told us about future sales and suggested that the flounder was also good and the best deal of the day. We also bought grouper burgers which Stan also said were good. Will be back there in a few days for the salmon, which Stan said he'd even steam up for us so we wouldn't even have to cook it when we got home ! Stan "THE MAN" ! I'm 242 lbs today. After about a month of eating Stan's catch of the day, we'll see how much weight I'll lose . AAAAA+++++ Thanks again, it was delicious ! read more

Went again this morning and unfortunately the hot food was not ready for the 5th time in a row. Deli manager didn't care that the hot food was not ready at all. He doesn't care how many sales they are losing and customers are walking out frustrated and that isn't good for business. Main manager was also on but she was too busy to talk about the deli. read more

I really appreciate the checkout employees, they have it together, they'll bag things properly so they won't break and they'll offer help to your car. The people on the floor helping customers have great customer service and are knowledgeable. Anytime I have questions about products or their location, they are of assistance. It's just sad the deli gives this store such a bad reputation. The deli is run by several employees who are not courteous or well trained. Long lines at the deli are a regular thing, and if you ask for anything out of their norm they will be upset. As a heads up, people with food allergies will most likely not be accommodated, and they will be treated as if they're an inconvenience and their food allergy doesn't exist. Sad that such a big chain has poor choice of Deli employees at this location. read more

Everyone at this Publix from cart returners, producer stockers, cashiers and managers is welcoming and friendly. They make it a point to greet customers, even from all the way across the parking lot. The store is clean and the inventory is consistent and broad. read more

This store isn't too bad. I was visiting from out of town and I was able to get a protein drink for after the gym. Store was nice and clean, the clerk was very friendly. Some things at the store can do to improve is they should put doors on the refrigerators to help cut energy costs and to keep it less cold in the store. And they still need to get Apple Pay working. They should use VeriFone pin pads which are better for grocery stores. read more

If I could give this Publix a zero I would, this is the third time that I've been in there and the deli has made me wait over 25 minutes. while there's five girls doing stuff and there's four people standing in the sub line. I understand that the deli is a difficult department, considering you have to have ready made food, specialty cuts and subs. but there wasn't even like nine people in the entire Publix half of them were waiting for subs I definitely forgot half the things I needed because I had to wait there for so long. I complained to the manager on two separate occasions excluding this one. Mike sands should be ashamed of the way his deli runs. read more

I would give a higher rating but they don't carry Micholob anymore and I don't mean ultra or light.

I love this publix! Everyone who works there is amazing, always saying hi, and asking if you need help finding stuff! But what really makes this publix amazing is Jim! He works in the deli part, and always smiling! Today he made our day, and introduced us to some new cheese and meat! We have new favorites that we would have never tried if it wasn't for him. Jim is such an added bonus to this publix, he is just amazing! read more

This Publix continues to disappoint. I have waited quite awhile to write this review in hopes that these were simply isolated, although oddly consecutive instances but nope. First let me start with the positive. I don't think I have ever seen this store crazy busy, that's a plus for me. It is still in the older Publix layout which is very comfortable and pleasant. It is conveniently located and easy to get in and out of (the store and the shopping center it's in). The personnel at the deli, checkout and bagging are always very cordial. Now the negative, the produce and bakery are very lackluster, in supply and personnel. I have seen unacceptable produce still on the shelves (I do believe Publix's standards are higher than what I have seen) and I always have difficulty finding someone when have a question. The bakery's selection is average at best (and that's generous) and they don't seem to be adequately staffed. I customarily wait 5-10 mins before I am even acknowledged and the some of the staff is not very nice. I actually waited 15 mins once for assistance. The only person at the bakery was the manager and he was standing in the back with his back turned doing what looked like some kind of paperwork. I just don't get it. This store has potential; it's a nice store. read more
