This location is still my go-to Publix. It's so close to 95 and so easy to get to from Lake Worth. It has a huge parking lot and is a huge, spacious store. I rarely ever have to wait at the deli to get slices meats and cheeses. I try to nab my favorite BOGOs on the items that I can't get anywhere else, and most recently I got the spices I needed- in glass containers- with a BOGO spice deal. Win! I also like to look at their greenwise meat and seafood options. I've recently been grabbing their cuban rolls, which are like a shorter sub roll, that my kids really love. In general, still enjoy the atmosphere of the shopping experience here. read more

Never been to this Publix before. Stopped by here to pick up a few items in a rush and it was the quietest and cleanest Publix I've ever visited. Staff was helpful and no problems. It was just interesting to see such a mellow Publix read more

Publix Super Markets - Drugstores Near Me - Lantana, Florida

Publix is Publix, but two things: First, did you know that if you go to the bakery counter with a child, the child can get a free cookie? And if you are an adult, and say you want to buy just 4 (or even just 2) of the Publix-baked cookies instead of two dozen: Just bring the box of 2 dozen to the bakery counter, let them know, and they will open the box and put however many you want in a container and price that container appropriately! All with a smile! Second: Non-alcoholic beer is one of (if not the #1) fastest growing beverage segment in America. Publix is keeping pace. In just the past 6 months, their selection of non-alcoholic brews has increased 5-fold! If you are new to the category, I recommend Athletic Brewing Co's Run Wild IPA. read more

Morning review on my Publix close yo work. It's PI Day and as a teacher, I need supplies for an activity! So I venture into this Publix for some Oreo Cookies. As I walked through the center entrance, there in front of my stood a basket of warm fresh French Bread. If it weren't craving that before I walked in, I was definitely wanting it when I picked it up. In the basket were tubs of garlic spread and everything toppings. So, the Bakery marketing worked on their first customer through the door!! I grabbed a list and some spread. Went straight to the cookie aisle and saw Oreos on sale. Grabbed 2 and went to checkout. The entire morning visit was quick and efficient. At work, I tried the bread as my breakfast. Although, it was warm and crusty, it did not have the taste of a baguette. It was okay, but not what I'd expected. I guess I need to get my fresh bread from Aoili. read more

never going into this location again. I keep catching them, overcharging me or charging me double for items.

This place is always clean, and filled with goodness and yumminess. I purchase my flowers here and they have an excellent and fresh selection. This is Florida's supermarket but has expanded throughout the South. My favorites are the Mojo pork in the deli or the mango key lime pie. I visit Publix on my trips to Florida. read more

Ordered a roast beef sub with a few toppings and ground pepper, only to find out that everything was OVERLOADED with ground pepper.. thank a higher power that I had a large fountain drink because it was unbearable. Paid a little over 8 just to open the sub with ground pepper being the main thing I tasted throughout the whole thing. Tell the people in the deli department to tighten up before I complain to corporate because the everyone working here doesn't care enough for complaints read more

This Publix is terrible. They shove all the items that are about to expire to this publix so that when you buy them, you have 1-2 days to use them. Plus the plaza parking, exit and entrance was awfully designed. So if you do shop here, ALWAYS CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE. read more

I live near this publix and am disappointed every time I use the deli. I order online for pick up because in person is SO slow. Today, they were out of tuna. They never called to inform me, so when I got there, I had to ask where is my sandwich. Oh, we're out of tuna. I asked if the seafood department had some and she said, "we don't do that". Don't do that??? Problem solve the tuna shortage in your department???? This is a supermarket with tuna and mayo in the GD aisles AND made in the seafood department. I grabbed the seafood tuna and brought it to the counter to which I said, I'll pay the extra...obviously (I'm pescaterian, so I don't eat cold cuts). Deli person, makes a veggie sub for me and I look at her and ask, are you going to put the tuna on the bread? She says, "you can do it." HOW THE HELL AM I GOING TO PUT TUNA ON MY SANDWICH AT THE BEACH? Next time, I'll order from subway. The deli department is the worst, the women there didn't give a shit about customer service AT ALL. Here's the thing, I ordered a tuna sub 3 weeks ago from the west palm publix located on Southern Blvd and Parker, the woman called me to inform me they were out of tuna and again, I asked if seafood had it. She checked and called me back and said no, but there was seafood salad, she would charge me the same price and if I didn't like it, she would give me my money back. I pi ked it up and it was in fact tuna fish that she had the seafood department make especially for me. That my friend is customer service. Lantana is the worst publix I've ever been in. read more

So I went to my local Publix this morning. The one at Lantana Rd. & 95 ... I am in check out when...a unmasked Chip vendor & his (believe to be) two unmasked 10 year old daughters push my cart back, say thank you but then proceeded to stock chips... I am wearing gloves & face mask, just having shopped following directional signs, posted by Publix. Now I tell 2 Publix managers of occurrence, they said 'no vendor control'. I say BS a unmasked vendor took 2 kids unmasked through your Vendor doors...poor Management my thoughts only read more

We've bought flowers here as well as sweets and food items. It is a very welcoming warm and inviting atmosphere. It maybe my favorite Publix. I love Publix but this place is awful, especially the deli. Some of the terribleness includes that the workers send you to the wrong aisles, the people at the deli work extremely slow while messing up your wrap and showing not one care in the world. read more

Not sure what's going on at this Publix today? One register open & the line is down the aisle!! Time to open another line...like 12 customers deep. Publix is not cheap, even with sales and coupons. however the food is always top notch and fresh. I dont do all of my shopping here, I just could not afford to do so, but it never disapoints for a fill in grocergy trip. This location has especially nice workers. read more

Decent layout and stocked shelves. But every time I come in, there is a 15 minute sales pitch over the loudspeaker that just sounds like a garbled mess. And I don't go grocery shopping to have my hearing assaulted, save it for racetracks and spirit airlines flights. I won't be back. read more

This is the worst Publix I have been to. I came in for a sandwich and as I walked in I noticed that this Publix was a bit dirty. I ordered the promotional sandwich and the person behind the counter gave me attitude because she didn't know how to make it. Then she gave me more attitude because she didn't know what cheese went on it. The only pleasurable part of this was the cheerful cashier and finally leaving this place. Will not return. read more

The deli here is so poorly run, wait times are so ridiculous. Employees walk around acting busy to avoid helping waiting customers and laugh about how nobody care or wants to answer the phone. Tried to bring this to the deli manager (Sabrina) attention and she could care less. They really need to get it together, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

The pharmacy staff here is extremely rude, they hang up on you and like to play games, especially when it comes to putting you on hold , and they play god with your meds. Their motto used to be "Where shopping is a pleasure." Now, I think it's something like "............We're better than Walmart....sorta?"

This is the flagship Publix in south Florida. Big, clean and with the freshest stuff.

I am very sorry to have lower my rating since the last review. This was my all time favorite store. Since I wrote this they reduced their inventory, took out the coffee machine, installed a depressing cafe, removed the olive bar and transferred the outstanding manager. I am sadly paying through the nose at whole foods and trader joes. I am so disappointed! read more

I enjoyed my time here, the staff is friendly, very helpful. It's nice to live so close to a grocery store that I don't mind shopping in.

I was having a love affair with this Publix until recently...I am still in love with it because of several things: 1.) happy super friendly young man who greets you at the check out by the deli during the lunch hours. 2.) super clean and organized store that is not too crowded. But like all that want to love and preserve forever at Publix...is tainted by something totally ridiculous. Today... I am just not expecting this BUT there is BLACK DIRT on the lettuce in my sandwich that I got ordered online at the deli. I am eating this going...'this is ...ummm...sand?" thinking NO WAY because this is Publix...but for real...opened it up and wiped grit off on to the napkin. I had two other experiences when ordering online... each time...I specify that I don't want the sandwich toasted....which also means don't put the cold sandwich on the 'warmer' bin it goes in the chiller bin to wait to be picked up. So annoying. I have ordered 4 times online and 50% of the time it has been the wrong size or put in the warmer...so you have a warm lettuce, tomato mess on top of your now lukewarm sandwich that should be cold. When they get it right this is an awesome service. Just walk in and get what you ordered and you are out of there in 3 seconds. With a 50% error rate and now DIRT... I am giving up. Sorry Publix at Lantana my love with you is over. read more

Bad experience today and from customer service check out. They speak in Creole chatting making people wait in line while these two girls just chat up a storm in Creole not thinking about customers who are waiting, then have a bad attitude when they check you out. This store is all mostly Creole speaking who work here now and come here now and they treat all others poorly, they cannot even say thank you or speak in English in front of you. They are racist toward Americans. Now I know why only mostly Creole speaking come to this Publix. It is like the Wendy's now around here in our area, they only hire Creole speaking and then they treat their customers all badly and then wonder why no one wants to go there to eat any more and now they are going bankrupt.  I think Publix should not allow their employees to treat their customers so badly and not speak English in front of them, we don't understand Creole. It is offensive and bad education to do what they are allowing their employees to do here. We will not go back to this Publix location. Shopping used to be a pleasure at Publix, but no more. These Creole speaking treating us badly are going to ruin your business Publix, we won't be back. Train them better to say thank you and hello and to be kinder and not speak Creole in front of us among the employees. Bad experience today at this Publix, now we won't be back. These people cut you off and are loud and selfish and only think of themselves. You should make your online receipt survey in Creole too, since it is only in English and Spanish now, since you may only have to cater to the Creole speaking population soon.  Allow people to write comments too when they do the survey online for Publix from the receipt. This Publix is going down the drain! I will stop going here, not settling for their mediocrity of such poor treatment from their employees to us customers. read more

The only Publix that carries root vegetables and thus worth the trip for the celery root alone.

I just received the best costumer service that I have ever experienced. I was looking for chicken to make for dinner and a fellow named rauel (I butchered his name) selected a breast for me that was cost friendly and even offered to cut it up for me. Then I walked over the the vegetable section where a man named Louis went out of his way to find me some ripe avocados (in he back section) because all the ones on display weren't ripe. The manager saw that my hands were full and brought me over a cart. It followed me all the way to the cash register, where the young man and bag boy were smiling and cheerful and offered to bring my bags out to my car. I can't even understand how all of these nice gentleman were so kind to me. I really appreciate it and I can say, I will only be going to the publix on lantana and congress from now on. They are outstanding and I can't emphasize it enough! What an amazing crew! read more
