SHOPPING IS NOT A PLEASEURE HERE! Really bad experience this…read moremorning at the deli getting lunch meats. When I was handed my order I noticed that the price per pound was wrong. When I mentioned it to the clerk (Ed) he was extremely rude and told me that the price in the deli case was wrong and that I shouldn't have him change it to the correct price because it was only a couple of dollars difference, and I should just deal with it. He then started yelling at me because I insisted they correct the price on my deli meat. It took two other deli employees to calm him down. I spoke with the assistant store manager upon checkout, who I felt she brushed me off like this is a regular occurrence and this is how their employees are allowed to act towards shoppers. I cannot recommend shopping the deli at this location not only because Ed was so rude but also because they are extremely slow in their service. Paid by the hour not on efficiency or customer service.

The size was generous -- I could only finish half and saved the rest for later. Great deal, great sandwich. I'll definitely be back for this one. While I was there, I also browsed around and picked up some organic apples and a few other items. Sprouts always comes through on the healthy options -- solid brands, great store-brand picks, and their produce section is consistently on point. We were nearby this one and decided to check it out. The store is small. Located on a corner. It's across from the Total Wine store. Even though it's a third (quarter?) of the size of the Fort Lauderdale store, they seemed to have a good representation of their offerings. We took a short stroll to see what they had and to check out any new products. They also had a nice supply of prepared meals. We did wind up buying a couple things -- our freezer isn't very large and was still fairly full. The gal at the checkout was pleasant and the process was easy. I'd come back again when next in the area.

BTW, they also carry Duci Gelato if you can't make it to their place on Congress. That's the beauty of Bedner's Farm Markets... they search out the top quality items for sale at the store... and of course, the great produce, from their farms and other local farms. The produce is super fresh and some of the pricing is cheaper than big box supermarkets, while others are more pricey. In the end it evens out but you get local farm fresh produce and that's a win win. By the way, the lemonade blueberries were a pleasant surprise. I thought they would be on the tart side but they were refreshingly sweet. Happy I stopped in and will definitely come back!

The best item has to be their fresh cut pineapple, they are always juicy and super sweet, unlike the ones they have at Publix. Whenever I stop in, I buy two of these and my family absolutely devours them. Honorable mention for their fresh basil plants which are humongous and unbelievably fragrant. Also very good is their deli department. They have a tremendous selection of cheeses, cold cuts, all kinds of cured meats, great olives, etc. I absolutely love it. You can pair your deli purchases with some of the fresh breads and have a really nice charcuterie spread. I do this pretty often for my kids for their after school snack and they love it. I haven't yet tried the hot bar or prepared meals but they seem to be a huge hit with customers. Every time I stop in there's a big line for whatever it is they're serving. I just find the wait to be a little bit of a turn off so I don't bother. But one day if there's no line, I will check it out. Overall this place is great for fresh produce, deli items and more. Definitely check it out if you've never shopped here, there's a lot to like.

And can we talk about the organic selection? Aldi seriously delivers here, from meats, cheeses, and produce to canned goods, pasta, and drinks like coconut water and organic coffee.
