This location just reopend on Feb 8 2023. The place is packed, they have a ton of workers! I don't think I ever said hello and thank you so much in a store. Every employee is working like a maniac! I have never rated a grocery store but here it goes. This is, by far, the best grocery store in our area and best Publix in our area. The Publix on Woolbright and Military is nice too. These two are their newest stores in Boynton. The staff is friendly, the shelves are spotless and neat and the food is also fresh. All these other hater reviews are based on one bad experience from people that have never rated anything in their life and half of their complaint is their fault, like Publix has to bend over backwards and wipe their ass while their at it. This Publix used to be crammed, congested, and dilapidated, but has recently been remodeled and updated. The store is airy with lots of space as well as the parking lot. The most notable feature (besides the great employees) is their fancy dining area with alot of tables where you could eat a fresh sub you buy at the deli. read more

Like all Publix supermarkets, this one had a nice Deli department, where I stopped to get some food to go. The choices of meat and cheeses are good, with many brands and price points to choose from. Many people swear by Boar's Head but I find it a bit overpriced. I have tried several other brands and they are really good as well. One of the ladies behind the counter was really sweet and patient with me as I was trying to figure out what to get. Online orders are ready 35 minutes after the time they are scheduled for . The employees have no remorse for the inconvenience. They're the epitome of trying to do the bare minimum on the clock. The manager that I spoke to did not offer any compensation for the delay that threw a monkey wrench in my workday . If you have anything important to do, a pick up order from this store will make you late or miss it. It will cost you money if you run a business. Expecting on the staff at this store to simply do their job will cost you. If you have nothing to do but pick your nose all day This is the store for you read more

The store is always clean and neat and I always get my groceries here. I like this Publix, but there has been numerous times I've came here and they have run out of bread in the deli. Whether it's 5pm or 6pm on a week day, I've came here and there was about 4- 5 times they were out of bread for subs. read more

The Indian Pharmacist in the Pharmacy is rude and unfeeling. My husband called in a refill for a statin. Four days and two trips later they told me they hadn't heard back from the doctor they faxed. My husband is out of his medication for three days now. I asked her how bad it was that he wasnt taking it and she replied, "Your husband should take his medication." She told me that twice. It is a REFILL of a statin, she couldn't give me a couple of pills or tried to CALL the doctor's office? My husband is going elsewhere from now on. read more

Love all of the Gluten Free, Organic and Grass Fed foods at this Publix. Hoping they continue to offer these and expand on their offerings as this is one Publix that carries most of the items I need to get each week so I don't have to visit multiple stores. Went to grab some lunch meat at the deli and even though they had about5 people working it seemed as if only was working the meats. Others seemed to be walking around. I understand that they may have other task that need to be done but when there are 5 people waiting and ordering multiple things maybe pause your task and jump in the line. The women helping me was great! She got the products I needed and even made sure to get the items I needed that I didn't see and wasn't sure they had. She offered me to try all the items and asked many times if the cut was correct. The prices for what I needed was great and I acutely bought more items than I originally went to get. read more

This is my neighborhood Publix, I love this store for the convenience and the delightful people. They used to have the best bakery around... Then, a new bakery manager is hired, and it has changed for the worse. I was told my favorite peanut butter cookies were no longer going to be made. The sugar cookies with the dollop of chocolate in the center, well let's just say the dollop turned into a minuscule shallow dime sized speck. Additionally, the selection of deserts really dwindled. Please allow the employees, who made the LeChalet bakery one of the top bakery's of all the Publix locations, to return to their prior operating procedures. The bakery employees took such pride in being awarded the top bakery. It's 3:45 p.m. on 7/28/2019. I come to this Publix because not only is it not as busy as the others that are closer to my home , but the layout and customer service reminds me of the one I would go to back home in Tampa . However , today I did not have the best experience , as when I went to check out , the cashier(Cat) who was standing outside of her check out lane (because no one was in her line )refused to check me out because she is in the "10 items or less line." I completely understand the "10 items or less" thing , but I had 12 items , not 24 , and she was waiting for someone to check out , while all the other cashiers had someone at that moment . I went to the next register and as I'm walking out, Cat, who refused to check me out because "she just does 10 items or less", was still standing in the same spot doing absolutely nothing . I love Publix for not only the quality of their products but that they always have the best customer service, but unfortunately today I didn't receive what I have known them to offer . My 2 items would not have made that much of a difference and you should never deny someone customer service when you are clearly not doing anything but waiting for someone to come in your lane to provide just that . That's unacceptable and unprofessional . read more

I agree with the lady who said that the deli department can have five people doing minor tasks while ten customers are waiting. They need to organize better. Just now I called for the seafood department and was accidentally connected to the pharmacy. The pharmacy woman who answered was very rude and hung up on me in the middle of my sentence as I was just politely trying to say please transfer me to seafood. read more
