I love this chain. No matter where I am with a PUBLIX, the formula is always the same. ALWAYS a great friendly staff. For this reason, my reviews will be very similar unless the store is larger or smaller and the inventory changes. Publix is an amazing place to go shopping and Florida is lucky to have them here. Easy access and there is plenty of parking in the lot. This store has big welcoming entrance The store is very big and bright and the isles are very spacious. I think this is the largest Publix I have ever been in. There are the same big signs above the entrance to the isles clearly telling you what's in the isle. Honestly, it was easier to navigate here then some markets i regularly shop at. The team here is very friendly and helpful. Everyone who has ever assisted me did it with a smile. Team members have also offered to go to the isle and get the product I was asking about. The customer service here is amazing! The deli counter which is the same from store to store, is huge and the people here are terrific. The counter is big, and they also have a sandwich and hot food area. Dairy and meat, and fish counters are big and easy to navigate. I like the idea that they have a very comprehensive supply of wine and beer. We don't have the wine store in our supermarkets in New York, it's a nice touch. Check out is always a snap and I love how they always have a bagger to help. The really nice touch is how they ALWAYS ask me if I would like someone to bring my groceries to the car. (I guess being a senior citizen has its advantages.) They also have an amazing bakery with a very complete selection of fresh cakes, breads, classic items. Kudos to Publix and their management team for creating a great shopping experience for their clientele. read more

Do not shop here! I have never been treated so rudely by 3 different employees, one of which was a manager in the meat department. I asked a girl who was filling the case if they had any more of the BOGO chicken breasts to which she shook her head but didn't stop filling the tenders to even look at me. I spotted a green shirted manager reworking the meat case near the freezers and tried again. ( I had to ask twice just to get her attention).. she nodded toward the chicken area and said there were still a few there. I explained they were too large and I needed 2 small packages. ( the 3 packets that were in the case were over 14.00 each. Way too big for my husband and me). She said the packages came in a box and could not be altered. What? She then asked if I had more shopping to do, the girl from earlier was getting a new box and could I come back around. Ten minutes later I had finished my shopping and approached her again (she was still fiddling with the same freezer case). Again I had to address her a couple of times to get her to respond. I asked if the girl had gotten the box to which she replied the girl was weighing the box (?) and would be out when she was done. I asked if she, as a manager, could possibly go help her to expedite. She responded "you'll just have to wait." As it was Father's Day, I said I need to be somewhere soon to which she said" It's not my problem if you can't wait" I walked off from this unbelievably rude conversation and went to cashier. I was wearing a Liberty 250 shirt and Meagan, the cashier, looked at my shirt, shook her head and started ringing my order. I asked if there was a problem to which she responded what do you mean? and turned to her bagger and rolled her eyes. I regret I did not just walk out of the store at that moment. This store has gone downhill in customer service over the last several months. Is there a new manager that doesn't care about customer service? She needs to take another stab at training her staff. I live in one of the gated communities around the corner from this store. Thankfully there is another Publix not too far away. I have told my neighbors and friends in my community about this incident many of whom said they had already stopped going to this particular store. read more

Like any grocery chain, Publix does some things well and others not so well, but one thing they do exceptionally well is CAKE! I stopped by to buy a birthday cake. Rather than get a traditional -- aka boring! -- cake with the sugary frosting, I selected the cannoli cake, which happened to be the featured cake of the month. It was made with vanilla cake and cannoli filling, and it featured a light whipped cream frosting. It also had chocolate ganache on top along with several chocolate chip cannoli's. Delightful! Chocoholics will absolutely love the chocolate ganache cake. So rich and delicious. You may even be tempted to just plant your face in the cake and start eating! Unfortunately, you may have to share this decadent treat. Be sure to join the Publix Club. Not only will you receive notices of their sales and deals such as $2 off of $10, you will also receive a bar cake for your birthday. They have a variety of bar cake choices to satisfy every type of craving. And if you prefer pie, Publix has one of the best key lime pies around. No, I don't work at Publix. Quick stop for snacks for the drive back to the North, this is a superior Publix. It's large and has wide aisles. Very well stocked with clear prices. The staff was friendly, including the nice lady in the deli who sliced meats and cheese for me and the young lady who rang up my purchases. Full supermarket with produce, bakery, butcher, seafood, frozen and many aisles of grocery. The dairy and cold aisles were nicely leveled. 9/10 times I order subs online, they are NEVER ready. Today, 3 of us ordered subs online. We got there at our pickup time, only to see that nothing was ready. When we asked the only woman behind the counter, she went to go check online orders. There were about 10 tickets waiting. She made our 3 subs, which took an extra 25 minutes. Our subs weren't even made correctly! While waiting by the deli, we went to grab onion dip. There were 3 expired dips! read more

While visiting my bestie, we did a quick pit stop at Publix. Publix is a household name in Florida and one of the most popular grocery stores in FL. They are not only known for their fresh groceries but also their deli, sandwiches and bakery section. Their cakes can be made per order earlier. They do a great job with chocolate choices in many of the cakes. Also, Floridians swear by how good the subs are at Publix, however this time I didn't have time but next time I'll be trying one of their famous subs. We just made a quick stop to get some limes for a drink we were making at home. Their produce looked good and somewhere I would shop if I lived near by. The check out line was non existent and we easily got our limes within a few minutes of visit. read more

Love the area visiting from miami like always . Went to get sandwiches for my wife and Myron took care of us. He was awesome fun and made a mean sandwich. His positive attitude made us feel better since we were coming from the doctors. Of course the sandwiches were awesome fresh and yummmy! Clean publix love this area again and very nice people. I like this Publix. They have consistent good customer service as well as great products. This particular location is very close to my house, so whenever I'm missing some ingredient for cooking/baking, I'm on my way to Publix. The store is kept clean and organized. It's easy to navigate my way to all the goodies in the bakery section. I've always been a fan of the baked goods in Publix. Their cakes and cookies are always scrumptious with the same great flavor each and every time. I like that they have the human weighing scale like most Publix's' entrance. I weigh myself before going into the store, and then base my decisions on my weight. I remember once I was joking with hubby about how I'm getting fatter by the day. Some lady walked by us, gave him a nasty look, and said your gorgeous, don't lose weight for him.lmao Back to my review, Publix steals my heart with their bakery and subs every time. My husband on a regular basis goes for ice cream runs there. Their produce section is good, but not as big as some other locations. Overall, good. read more

Awful moldy, slimy, disgusting red grapes. After arriving home, I went back to Publix to return them. The manager could not care at all. He didn't even apologize. I got my money back and will no longer buy any fruit or vegetables from them. read more

This Publix location is literally a stones throw away from our new place. Located in a marketplace which literally has everything from restaurants to banks to soccer fields Publix is the anchor with Panera bread another of our favs next to it. This is one of the newer locations and is super clean and easy to shop at but also very expensive compared to target and Walmart which are further down the road. The bakery and sandwich areas are as usual where the yummy stuff is and the buy one get one free area which is a publix speciality are always available as you enter the store. read more

Rotten food, all their produce is bad. I buy and through out half of what ever I buy there. I use to return the bad stuff to them but they don't care just refund your money and go on to the next customer. I try not to shop there but i must admit it is very convent. read more

While. I like the convenience of location, prices here are much too high, especially for fruit and produce. And roast chicken is a feature for the week, but they have nothing available at 11:30 am on Sunday. Wish we had a better alternative than Publix. They are only good for bogos. read more

Local Publix to the Canyons neighborhood in West Boynton. Always easy to get in and out, never had an issue with service. The produce and meat departments are better than others I've seen. Large selection of wine and beer and happy that they constantly get new craft beer for me to try. The online order feature for the Deli makes the waiting in lines a thing of the past. read more
