Went there this afternoon to get a salad from the salad bar They were out of almost everything I asked associates when they will be refilling the bar I was told 10 mints Came back 20 mints later and still empty while some associates are around the bar laughing with their friends Not only this place is expensive but there is no customer service read more

We were on vacation, came in and bought lobster tails from the seafood counter to cook at our condo. When preparing the lobster, we noticed it had a strong smell. We cooked it according to directions and when we went to take the lobster meat out of the shell, we noticed it was all black even the inside of the shell. It was ROTTEN. I called the store to let them know, there was NO apology or anything, I was treated as if I were being untruthful, disrespectfully which is not the case with other Publix stores we have shopped. All other Publix stores go above and beyond to provide good customer service. Upon walking into the store with my receipt and photos of the rotten seafood, EMILY, who was at the Customer Service counter, immediately had an unfriendly expression and was again questioning me like I was a child, I am a 58-year-old businesswoman. Again, NO APOLOGY, just questioning my integrity and reluctantly giving me a credit. I expected customer service and gave this store 2 chances to do so. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! Emily should be replaced or have a lot more customer service training!!!! read more

Clean, friendly staff, well stocked and easy to get to from our rental. Publix standards of a pleasant shopping experience!

Together with other products, this week I bought milk, eggs, and watermelon at Publix. Today, I found that the milk tastes like it's beginning to turn, the eggs are watery, and the pre-cut watermelon has a moldy/sandy flavor--all signs that these products are likely older than their expiration dates indicate. Returning the food will be inconvenient; however, I will return it and complain. Publix doesn't hesitate to charge its customers top dollar for its merchandise. I won't hesitate to insist that the merchandise at least be fresh. read more

The manager ordered me to leave the store, just for questioning why employees are not wearing masks. They are not practicing CDC guidelines on social distancing. The manager berated me while not wearing a mask while within two feet. Publix obstinately refuses to admit that employees wearing masks would help protect their at-risk customers. They have not even installed the plexiglass shields in this store. Not even the butchers or pharmacist wears a mask. Guess they don't care about customers unless they are young and healthy. Time to go to Whole Foods or Walmart neighborhood stores. Anywhere but Publix. read more

I've never dealt with such slow people in my entire life. The deli took 30 minutes to make my sandwich because they had 4 sandwiches to make it front of me. 4. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. Come on. Laughable. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the store has a lot of food options. I'll make sure to never go to the deli again. read more

Updating my review because in the last 8 months they hired a sushi chef that hand rolls sushi fresh right in front of you. I've been to many publix stores and this is the only one where they do this. The other locations including Trader Joes have prepackaged nasty sushi. The same two people are here every single day preparing the sushi for you. I love the spicy tuna rolls, 18 pieces for $9.99. Other than that, the milk seems to spoil before the expiration date and the produce is hit or miss. I do take advantage of their BOGO deals every week. read more

I love Publix! Everyone that works here is so nice and they go above and beyond! Shelves are always neatly stocked, I do not like shopping at all but actually look forward to it now read more

What in the world has happened to this store? I used to LOVE shopping there! Now, no matter which day of the week or time if day, I can never get what I need. Recent experiences over the past 3 weeks: Bananas- not a single one on the shelf. Pepperidge Farm wheat bread - nope. Publix brand butter- nada. Skim milk- zero. Cauliflower- no such luck. Each time I complain I'm told 'it's the busy season'. Well guess what... this is the busy season EVERY year. If the store is overwhelmed with customers, obviously it's a pattern so ORDER MORE for God's sake!!! Wake up Publix, you're better than that! Btw, there is another Publix at the Landings, but the layout of that store is completely different making it difficult to find items. read more

Worst Publix in the Tampa Bay Area. Had 2 items, waited at customer service for over 10 mins as the cashiers took their time, holding personal conversations that exceeded the time it took to finish the transactions. Completely worthless. Worst parking lot too. read more

How I wish we had these in Ohio! So many buy one get one FREE offers to take advantage of while on vacation. That allows us to get what we need and save money that can now be spent elsewhere. Plus they have some delicious brewed teas that I have become obsessed with, especially the blackberry sage variety. read more

They advertise flu shots but don't actually have a pharmacist who is approved to administer. Makes perfect sense!

Four stars goes directly to the staff of Publix. Customer service is absolutely wonderful here and they go above and beyond to help with everything! There's actually one cashier I go out of my way to go to his lane because he is very nice and funny! He takes a monotonous task and makes it enjoyable. I truly appreciate that! As a general review I find the produce section to be lacking, as well as the "green" shopping areas with organic options. I save those needs for Trader Joes and Whole Foods. I seriously dislike the fact that no Publix has the same layout as another. It really limits me to only going to my local one, whereas there's times I'd like to go to a different one but then I'll be absolutely lost and wandering the market for days. I don't understand why they make every one different?! Oh and get some cart collector thingys. I don't mind bringing my cart back inside but do you know how many lazy bastards just leave their cart out to damage cars and block parking spaces? It's silly. read more

Absolutely FANTASTIC staff. Friendly, helpful, even fun to chat with. Excellent Lactose Free selection though some yoghurt would be nice.

Love this place! Excellent customer service! We LOVE LOVE LOVE THEIR fried chicken and tarragon chicken salad!

I find ALL the staff at this Publix exceptionally friendly and always helpful. Since I moved, this one is further for me to go to; but I am so happy with them that they are worth the extra distance. Last December, right before the holidays, an employee came up to me and gave me a gift certificate just for shopping there that day! When was the last time you had a large corporation show such appreciation to you as an individual? read more

Don't plan a special cake from the bakery at Publix located in the Pavilion! Ordered an image cake for a 60th birthday. Dropped off the image on Wednesday for pickup on Sunday. Went to pickup the cake on Sunday for the birthday party. The cake was not made! No cake decorators on staff that day. Thanks for a wonderful birthday party! read more

Pharmacist here (blonde/big eyes) is very rude and not friendly, I have no idea what prompted her to be unwelcoming and short with me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere for perscriptions. Otherwise this publix is convenient to the beach and is stocked well. read more

As Ks K. best shared: "Publix is Publix." Wished they had more and better selection but it is what it is. I'll just have to be more adventurous to find a better market/location than this one. read more
