Highly recommend. Ordered roses for Valentines Day, and they were spectacular. A little pricey, and had to pay extra for Valentines Day delivery, but I would, and will, do it again. The wife loved them. So, yeah, the day turned out pretty good. If you know what I mean read more

Beautiful arrangement - wonderful customer service. I had to order an arrangement for an event in Sarasota and was recommended to Beneva. I am particular about my florals and have been frequently disappointed when ordering floral delivery from another state. Mandy at a Beneva took the time to listen to my ideas and requests, offered her advice on what florals they had in stock, and welcomed my email to send photos of the vision I had in mind. The arrangement was delivered/arrived on time (an hour earlier than requested) and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you Beneva. read more

Received a large orchid from an out of town friend for a special occasion. There were two tall stalks full of orchid blooms. But within a week or so, all of the blooms on one branch dropped off and the branch dried up. And then within another week, the second stalk dropped all of its blooms and it, too, dried up. This was disappointing and so unexpected. When we spoke with Mandy in Customer Service, we received a sour attitude and no apologies nor any offer to remedy having sent an unhealthy plant. We will share our poor experience as well as the nasty attitude we encountered here with our friends and neighbors and warn them to steer clear of Beneva Florist. Fortunately, there are any number of fine and reputable florists in Sarasota eager to offer beautiful arrangements and a pleasant customer service attitude as well. read more

The fresh cut bouquet! What a refreshing way to send some flowers! All inclusive price and the recipient absolutely loved them! And, they were right on time. Thank you so much. read more

I have ordered from this florist for years. This is the first time I've had an issue and the way it was handled was a disappointment. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the pic they advertised and it was over $200. Tina offered another arrangement which was a lot cheaper than what I paid and I was not given a credit. In addition she had the old arrangement picked up after the customer had it a week. Who does that???? read more

Have ordered many time and always get rave reviews from recipients! Always beautiful and delivered on time.

The flowers I sent my sister that were in a pumpkin looked great. Also it was a white pumpkin- the more expensive kind.

I've been using Beneva Flowers for years to send my mom her annual (August) birthday gladioli. Glads in Florida aren't always easy to source that time of year, but they've always come through for me. Recently, I also sent Mom one of their Designers Choice bouquets for a housewarming gift. She and I were very pleased with the quality of the arrangement. Apparently, her cat liked them too. :-) read more

The person who received the arrangement absolutely loved the flowers. So colorful and fresh. Thank you!

I have used Beneva several times in the past and just sent my daughter some birthday flowers. As usual, they were outstandlingly beautiful. I believe that anyone trying to send flowers from afar need the reassurance that the nicest arrangement will be received. I have never taken a chance with any other florist so pricewise I can't comment, but in my opinion good prices. Considerable price range also, which is very good for all. **Another update Owner David contacted me and have resolved the problem. David went out of his way to make things right. Yes I would recommend them.... Update customer service has offered me a voucher I have ordered from Beneva Flowers for over 10 years and have to say I'm disappointed and will not be using the, again. Flowers ordered for my mom this Mother's Day. When I contacted them regarding my mom disappointment they replied " This delivery did I not come from us, we do not deliver to Arcadia. The design will not be exactly like our picture " Customer Service Wow I purchased from Beneva Florist sorry the company they used did not fulfill the order to the customer satisfaction. I understand they will not be exact but the arrangement sent to my mother is very sad looking compared to the one ordered. Beneva customer service was no help so I will do business elsewhere...... Attached photos. read more

Maybe I had higher expectations but I went to beneva flowers and gave them 100 dollars for a designers choice arrangement that included red roses. It was busy when I picked up the flowers so I didn't want to be "that guy" and make a scene. In the 100 dollar bouquet, I received 9 pink roses (not red as I asked) with shitty filler roses. Now 5 days later almost all the "premium roses" I received are dead. If you're expecting a large beautiful bouquet from this shop you better be willing to empty the wallet and throw them in the trash a few days later. Next time I spend a 100 dollars on flowers I'll take myself down to Publix and get 4x as many flowers that last double as long as these "premium roses. Would not recommend. read more

We were loyal customers of Beneva Flowers for many years until we had a major disappointment with the flowers for my daughter's wedding back in 2012. A few months ago, my uncle passed away and the funeral home that we used strongly urged us to try Beneva Flowers again. We learned the new owner had completely revamped the business to provide the best flowers and customer service in Sarasota. We were not disappointed! We will only use Beneva Flowers & Plantscapes from here on out! I had to have surgery just before Mother's Day and I stopped in to set up a number of deliveries at the last minute. All of the arrangements we sent to our loved ones were absolutely beautiful! I worked with Erin, in the store, and she bent over backwards by sitting with us and going over every detail! It is not often, nowadays, to find such personalized service! read more

Our flowers were severely delayed because of the hurricane which I get. But 4 days to wait for them was a lot. When they arrived they were very small even though I was told that for $100 the order would be very nice. When I called what I learned was the cost of flowers has gone up x3 so what you used to get is not what you are going to get now. I wish I had known that when booking! Also they charged me twice for the small flower arrangement. Buyer beware! read more

The lady who answered the phone and took the order for my sons homecoming date flowers was very nice. The wrist corsage turn out pretty. The only thing is I did not notice until the corsage was home was that one of the roses had a little bit of brown around one of the petals. Overall the corsage was beautiful and the price was great! I was able to take that one petal off that had a little bit of brown on it. :) -update- I changed my review to a 5 star because after I made my review Art contacted me to let me know he appreciated our business - in fact, that means a lot these days!
