The produce was arranged like a painting -- colorful and decorative. I was here to find parsnips for a recipe. I'd already been to two other grocery stores with no luck. And yes, they had them! We even got a few other items on sale -- like coffee. There were not many folks shopping when we were there. I'm not sure if it was the time of the day or what. Meanwhile we were happy to have a quick short wait at the cashier.

The store does carry decent size with variety of wines near the bakery department. Their meat and seafood departments look great. Different cuts and meats available. Overall, my interactions with the staff and management have been deeply disappointing due to widespread unprofessionalism and poor customer service. Key issues include: - Customer Service & Phone Etiquette: When calling to check on orders, I have repeatedly been placed on hold indefinitely, hung up on, and even mocked when calling back. - Staff Assistance: Staff members have been openly dismissive and unhelpful when asked for assistance finding items in the store. - Management Conduct: I have witnessed store managers behaving aggressively, speaking disrespectfully to customers, and refusing to resolve complaints professionally. - Food Safety Standards: When I voiced concern to an employee about raw fish being left out in a cardboard box without ice, my concern was dismissed and laughed off. While a select few employees have been helpful, the vast majority of my experiences have been overwhelmingly negative. Given these ongoing issues with store management, staff training, and health standards, I hope these matters are addressed immediately to improve the overall quality and safety of your operations - but I honestly doubt you will do anything except perhaps change your name again to attempt to hide from the overwhelming complaints you received in the past being foodtown. The venue was so pretty, it surpassed any of my expectations when I signed up for a farm to table dinner. The barn was beautifully decorated and organized, hosting 250 guests yet never felt packed. The stage area sits high so any seat is a good seat with a view of performers or speakers. Upon arrival we were greeted by the event organizer and by Swank's farm owner who told us a bit about the farm and their message about locally grown and sourced food. He also informed us about how they offer monthly produce bags, "Swank Sacks" delivered to Whole Foods Market who they partnered up with, where you can pick up your produce bag with items all grown at Swank farm, providing you a taste of some of the seasons flesh's and organic produce. The evening flew by while listening to the delightful sounds of live jazz and enjoying our carefully and deliciously prepared 5 course meal by all the amazing guest chefs that night. It was a fantastic experience and a pleasant way of learning to enjoy slow food as opposed to fast food.

This week I got the sushi, which was buy one and get one 50% off because it was on Friday. The crunchy sushi wasn't as appealing as I would have expected normally. Not as good as it is at Publix, I know because it is a different establishment, but that's the best comparison I could put. The workers at that location are friendly, and I love the functionality of being able to use my Amazon account to pay for my groceries without taking out my card.

How they existed in Whole Foods all this time with NO ONE every checking their Anniversary Date or Proper Certifications is BEYOND MY COMPREHENSION. Supposedly they purchased from a Distributor They also fraudulently had their items labeled with the USDA Organic Label along with other USDA Certifiers names and logos - unbelievable.
