Clubix!!!!! I am overdue for a return. I went on a Sunday to have a drink and was about to walk slap out of there. I was expecting so much more from the "bar" area than what I saw. However we stayed and ended up having a great time. Tati was working the counter and she made all the difference. I really don't know why they don't allow tipping because I really wanted to slide her something. Her personality shined and we connected. It was two of them plus that thing I came with; we talked about everything from missing home to traveling to surviving in this world. For drinks, I had some margarita mix and it was good. The açaí and smoothie spot shares the same area and they had plenty foot traffic. Will have to try that next. There is no shortage of different hot food bars at this Publix (pizza, pasta, burritos, subs) and sushi bar. It's worth a visit, wish it was closer to my house, I'd live there! read more

After watching so many Tiktoks on this "one stop" shopping/dining experience, I decided to go and see it for myself. The store is immaculate, and beautiful. As described on social media, they have multiple food stations, including a beer and wine bar. The shopping carts have built in cup holders. The downstairs cafe serves beer, wine, coffee, tea, espresso, smoothies and acai bowls. It's a nice set-up, including a small bar with a few TV's, as well as comfortable seating. The upstairs seating area is accessible by elevator. There's plenty of seating options; couches, tables and chairs. It's less hectic up here, and a nice place to sit down and eat, work or just escape the downstairs chaos and relax. The view of the downstairs floor is cool. The food stations were a bit disappointing, because while the concept is brilliant, the food left a lot to be desired. The sushi station looked fresh, but it was quite expensive. It would have been less expensive to go to an actual sushi restaurant where you could sit down and enjoy a relaxing meal. The "Burritos, Nachos & Bowls" station is set-up like Chipotle. You are limited to four options without any upcharges for guac. I planned on getting a bowl for lunch, but decided against it when I saw the proteins were swimming in trays of oil, it wasn't a good look, much like the fluorescent green guac. This area was the biggest disappointment. The pizza station was cute, but resembled frozen pizza. The salad bar and olive bar were both nicely done. The soup bar was my favorite, as they had at least eight types of soup and chili available. I was looking forward to hitting up the popcorn bar! I tried a few different samples and settled on small bags of oreo and caramel. The oreo was on sale and it was their featured flavor of the week. Both flavors were good. I'm glad I came here. I mean, after watching so many social media videos, I knew I had to come see what all the hype was about. I don't understand all the hype, because at the end of the day it's just a Publix. I love Publix stores! We live in Jacksonville FL and while visiting West Palm Beach helping our daughter and son-in-law move into their new condo we had to stop into this new Publix! I've heard about this new store and told my wife and daughter"we must stop and this Publix". It is so nice and a very large store. Wish we had a store like this close to us in Jax. After shopping we stopped at the bar and ordered some smoothies to go. I had the Orange Mango Smoothie and my wife ordered the Green Smoothie. This store is very unique and has so many options! Got social media influenced to check this publix out the next time I went north. The remodel is nice!! They have a full salad bar, subs, soup, coffee, wine, and popcorn. The poke bowl was pretty great, but they do limit the toppings to 4. The burrito was filling but the carnitas were not that flavorful. Ample parking and the store is well stocked and clean. They have additional tables in the second floor and outside patio area. The bathrooms were pretty clean. read more

Social media told me first, so I decided to take a stop to see what the hype was about! Upon entrance, this Publix is the largest Publix I've ever been to. As a native Floridian, I take my Publix experiences very serious lol Loved how clean and detailed the store was as well. Even though it's relatively new, I appreciated the ambiance. Personally I'm not much of a drinker so the bar is automatically not to be reviewed from me BUT everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The açaí bowl from the "smoothie" section of the store has me in a chokehold. Fair pricing as well, I believe it was around 8 bucks! My only critic is that the mango is always green BUT the other fruits are pretty fresh! Next time, I'll try the smoothie! The pizza crust was a NONO for me. I prefer Whole Foods hot bar when it comes to the pizza. The crust reminded me so much of frozen pizza even though they make it from scratch here. I was quite disappointed because the pizza looked delicious but the texture wasn't. I also tried the orange chicken bowl that was served with white rice and vegs! Pretty good for the price. Flavorful but the meat tasted more frozen like. I plan on trying the other stations soon (wings, burrito bowl). read more

The new store (Wellington-Courtyard Shops) is great! Bakery still doesn't have Italian cream horns but they have a great selection of other goodies. I'm not a popcorn fan and surprised about the amount of real estate they used for the variety popcorn. Maybe a marble slab type icecream bar in that area would get more traffic? Or extend the BOGO area to that section. I just don't see the popcorn area lasting very long but maybe I'm wrong?! Love the fresh teriyaki chicken bowl. My husband has enjoyed the sushi, steak teriyaki bowl, and tonkatsu bowl. We have a lot more to try and look forward to picking something different from the hot food areas each time we visit. This might be the biggest Publix I have been to. There is a bar for beer and soda. I tried the root beer cream soda and it's delicious. There is a section where you can make your own tacos and poke bowl. The bar with the pizza and soups is impressive. I was most excited for the popcorn section. This Publix is so big that I can find anything my heart desires. read more

I'm addicted! Publix is the absolutely best supermarket "model" I have seen in the US, rivaled only by Wegman's in the Northeast. The staff is universally friendly, every time, Prices are not low, but you can make up the difference by shopping their 'BOGOs" each week. The produce, seafood, meats, bakery, and store cleanliness are the best, always. They'll call you when you need a flu shot! They offer to help put groceries in your car! They have free use umbrellas if it's raining. And it is all employee-owned, best idea since sliced bread. JJ read more

Pretty cool to have this super Publix in the community! The shopping center of course has plenty of parking, and has a new and nicely maintained property. The store itself is much larger compared to a regular Publix. The burrito station, on top of the additional amenities of the super Publix, is a nice touch for sure. There are abundance of seating areas, including in an upstairs area. Overall, a nice and new grocery store for the community. read more

My family and I are 25 years wellington residents. We have spent tens and thousands of Dollars at Publix and generally feel OK to go there for some quick necessary stuff. But... We have tried the watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew. They are never, ever-ever good. Their watermelons are either soft mushy and putrid inside or hard and tasteless like cardboard. Now... Knowing that Publix is a billion dollar business I consider what they are doing is buying these disgusting melons for pennies on the dollar and selling them to the public for a handsome profit. That is cheating a poor farmer and the public at the same time. Someone should ask Julie Fancelli, the daughter of Publix founder George W. Jenkins, who is a multi billionaire, this question --"How Much Money Is Enough? Don't tell me that you don't have enough resources to buy better produce. Today I was in this store getting a salad from the salad bar. I was approached by a black man who claims he's a manager who told me I was sticking my hands in the lettuce & not using the tongs. I told him I was not digging my hands in there, I used the tongs. He kept insisting that I did it, & was talking to me like I'm 5 yrs old & he's my parent. I told him nicely 4 times I didn't do it, he then got another guy to come hang up on me & insist that I did it. I'm a 5'4 small petite woman who was in there minding my own business, getting a salad for lunch. I don't need to be harassed by 2 grown men over some spinach salad. I told them both stop accusing me, check your cameras if you're so convinced I did it. They kept talking over me, insistant that I did. I went to the customer service desk, told the store manager. She was apologetic,but didn't guarantee me anything would be one of it. I don't appreciate being spoken to like I'm a toddler & those guys are my parents. I did nothing wrong, & after the 1st time I said so,that should've been it. It was not necessary to follow me around, watching me like a hawk & then getting the other guy to come over & now both of them hang up on me. If Publix has all these cameras, why not check them if you think someone is up to something suspicious? Before accusing people of something you have no proof they did! I'm new to this area, I've been only 3 times to this store & now I feel like I won't be going there again. The next closest Publix is Crestwood, which is not too much farther. I'd much rather not be harassed by the employees at this location. Wellington Trace Publix 33414. I don't know their names, but I do know that I will not be talked to that way by anyone, especially in public where there are other people looking on & now I'm the laughing stock. I did nothing wrong, & I was embarrassed by those 2 guys, for no reason at all. I'm not sure what makes your employees feel like they have the right to treat your customers with such disrespect,but I would have expected better, especially from a Publix such as this one, in a very nice area, with very nice well off people who spend a lot of $$ in that store. Publix really did Wellington a dirty deed in 2023-24! they bought the space (or leased) where the beautiful Fresh Market was on Forest Hill Blvd, and knocked down Fresh Market to build a new Publix, completely bluing the shopping center for months with their construction disaster, it still is not open one year plus later, btw. There is also a (former) Publix on the other side of Wellington, which they decided to knock down a few months after the Fresh Market, taking 2 of 4 grocery stores (OK 5 if you include Trader Joe's) out at the same time in Wellington. Several stores and restaurants in both centers are now out of business, thanks to the disaster the parking lots became being totally blockaded and of course with the main anchor store of each center obliterated. Really bad move, the remaining Wellington Publix is a total shit show can't even get into the parking lot it's so crazy. Attempted shopping here a few times early in the season but vowed not to return due to the utter inconvenience of it being so over crowded. I decided to just take my business to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and a local organic farm stand, and bypass Publix altogether. Now that I'm in the habit, I doubt I will go back and will permanently take my $250++ per week elsewhere. Not to mention the lost jobs from those 2 knocked down at the same time stores........what were they thinking????? And the associated now empty stores. Both stores they knocked down were really nice (especially Fresh Market) so think of the environmental impact of it all. Publix, shame on you, and this is an example of how big corporations have NO IDEA or care for how they impact the communities they do business in. Support your local small business! even if they charge a few bucks more, it is worth it! read more

What I like about this Publix is that is always clean. Their employees are nice and helpful if you need it. When there and it's busy they are good at getting you through the checkout quickly. The people in the deli and bakery are always friendly as well. read more

I love this publix. Even when it is busy the staff do a great job to get you in and out. The deli staff are awesome at handling that big sub and chicken rush while still taking care of the deli meats. Love the bakery here. I know we are living in challenging times, but it is a shame that in times like these and even under the banner of "we care about first responders and health workers", other people are treated rudely, and that' s my experience with Donovan one of the managers of this Publix. May 14, 2020 at 8pm I phoned this Publix asking what time the store closed. The person who answered the phone simply told me they were closing at 9pm, she NEVER told me that 8 - 9 was for first responders and health workers only (my wife is a nurse). When I got there DONAVAN was at the door and when I wanted to go in he wouldn't let me. I told him that I had called and was told that they were closing at 9pm. Then he told me that they were, but that they were only open for first responders and health workers. I told him that my wife was a nurse and was at home, but he said no, that she was the one who had to come. I told him, if I explain the reason why I came here, maybe you can be flexible, he said, "you can tell me any story you want, but whatever it is, I'm not going to let you in". I told him, you are not going to let me in even if I tell you that my mother-in-law has pancreatic cancer and she is craving for fried bananas and I just came to get a bottle of oil and that my wife, the nurse, can't come because she is taking care of her? This heartless guy, with no compassion at all, told me, "I don't care, you can't come in". I got upset.. still am.. and said, Ok, I'm going to call my wife and ask her to come, she is going to leave her mom who she's taking care of because you can't let me come in and buy the bottle of oil I need... well, I called my wife and she was able to come in and buy the oil to make the bananas for her mom. The reason I consider this man to be rude and lacking in compassion and why Publix needs to review this situation is: 1. The person I spoke to on the phone TOLD ME THEY WERE COLSING at 9PM, never that 8 to 9 was for first responders and health workers. If she had told me such, I would have stayed with my mother-in-law and my wife would have come, SHE IS A NURSE. (common sense) 2. This rude and inflexible man, Donovan, wouldn't even listen to the reason I was there. And when I told him, he didn't care, he didn't have any compassion at all and of course, no flexibility. (It would have been easy to let me in or find a way to try and help me). Something so simple that it would have been resolved with a little compassion and understanding, this man turned it into an embarrassment for Publix. Of course, I said a few things to this man, I never insulted him, nor did I record a video, because I'm not that kind of person. 3. It's a shame that people like this man represents a business as historically reputable as Publix. What good is it for Publix to brag that they care about our heroes in this crisis if they lack compassion for others? (still.. my wife is a nurse) For this reason, this Publix will never have me as a customer again. I hope that management will pay attention to this issue and understand that in times of crisis and in real situations, one can use common sense, use discretion and be flexible. read more

I used to like this store. It's right down the block from where we live. The prices might be a bit high at times, but you are paying for convenience and a premium store. But over the last few years the service has gone way down. First they never seem to have enough sale items in stock even on the day the sale begins. Then you have to get a rain check and wait for stock to be put on the shelf. If something is on sale stock more of it, you know people are going to buying more of it. Then there is the deli. Very good quality. Super nice people behind the counter. But if you wait for service on Sunday morning, which is our time to shop due to our work schedule, you can expect to wait at least a half hour. So I started ordering online. This worked well for a few months until I noticed that my orders were wrong. Wrong product, not the amount that I ordered. Or parts of my order not being there at all. The system is you tell them when you are picking up your order and they put it in an open cooler that anyone can grab from. I would arrive just when my order was supposed to be ready and often find part of my order had been taken by someone else. When i complained the the deli manager I was informed that they could not watch the cooler all the time. Well if you have a system that does not work, maybe it's time to change the system. Enough was enough. I work to hard for my money to be yelled at like that. When the new Sprouts opened on Southern Blvd. we started shopping there. No problems and we can stop by right after Costco. We have spoken to the managers of this store and headquarters several times about our problems. It just gets to the point where you don't want to waste your time just complaining. Sad but true. It's your typical Publix neighborhood supermarket. It's a very clean store everyone is very friendly and the shells are always stocked. There is a good variety in just about anything you're looking for. It is convenient for me since it is right down the road. I have never had to wait more than 3 to 5 minutes in line. If the lines get too long, they always open up another lane for the customers. They always ask if I found everything. The biggest problem I have with this location, and the other locations in the area, is the price. It seems that Publix and Wellington are far more expensive than other locations. I truly do not like having to shop here if I can help it because the prices. I will drive a few more miles and go to the neighborhood Walmart grocery store. I will however, shop when they have a BOGO Sale because you are getting a better deal. I have stopped buying lunch meats there because they are overpriced. I just cannot justify shopping here and feeding a family of seven people on my income. read more
