So normally I let my husband do a lot of the grocery shopping because it's the only domestic thing he likes to do.,, Problem is, if it's on sale, in a clearance cart , he will buy it, regardless if we like it, or eat it and apparently expiration dates have very little value. As a result, we have items in our pantry that no one in our family will ever eat, including our rescue cats who would rather starve than eat generic cat food. So today , we went on a joint shopping trip, buying only necessity items. Problem is, when you walk in,they have the special buys which apparently my husband gravitates towards. I kept removing items as he put them in, but finally we got to the fried chicken area and all was good . Now if we can get him not to buy clearance mint pound cake, this shopping trip will be a success. read more

Publix has gone downhill. There are always 20 people working in the prepared food area but no one is helping anyone. For the last month they have been completely slack in preparing chicken. No matter what time of day I go they are out. It's ridiculous. The craziest thing about it was that we waited 20 minutes but the guy pulled the chicken from the hot box. So they had chicken the entire time, but just made a group of people wait . That's not the first time I've seen them do that. read more

I love the publix brand because they are consistent with the quality of their products. Where ever I'm at during my travels I seek out publix for their deli section and a few trusted staples that I know publix carries. This store was clean, the workers were friendly and service was consistent. read more

Their hoagies are good however the deli counter needs to be improved. Upon my arrival there was people waiting for a half hour for their order and online orders were not made on time. Drama between employees and customers ordering their deli meat and sandwiches sets an unprofessional vibe within this location. This Publix is right down the street from me and I frequent it about 3-5 times a month. I love this location and the people are always kind and helpful. One day while having a pretty bad hair day, I wore my veterans cap and the greetings and respect I was shown was through the roof. Not that they don't normally be this way, but I think my cap, it helped to turn it up! I will always visit here as I love their produce, their meat selections and their love that is shown! read more

I know a lot is going on and the current disregard to supply and demand and the simplest golden rule of doing good for others. But why let your online status continuously reflect items in stock when they are not and that forces us to change our schedule. How do stores like Publix allow customers to take an assured amount of a single product known as hoarding and cutting off and limiting the Supply to other shoppers in the community. The Deli is a disaster. Although the products they sell, including the prepared foods and sandwiches are excellent in both quality and flavor; getting the food to the shopping cart is impossible. Today it was a 45 minute wait for fried chicken. The sandwich service is pitiful. Either there is no one around to take your order or they work so slowly that you want to do it yourself. This has been an ongoing problem with this deli. I don't know whether it is a management problem or an equipment problem. Publix should either fix the problem or close the deli and expand the bakery. Better yet, they should go to any other grocery store deli and see how those operate. read more

Easily the worst Publix I've ever been to. They are constantly out of products I'm looking for. The deli is slow and is often out of something I want to order. I will not order anything online because every time I have it has been messed up. The bakery staff is far from friendly and will often be out of things as well. I came here once for a change of scenery from the usual Walmart and Food Lion. Paying for overpriced groceries was not worth it, but I did enjoy looking at their deli and bakery. I grew up on Publix and this is not Publix. Deli doesn't care about customers and has no sense of urgency. Butchers act like they are doing you a favor and get upset if you request something. Managers are no where around when you need them, and they are always out of stock and way too many products. Loews is coming soon and hopefully they will appreciate my business. read more

I love publix, they carry a lot of NY brands, I usually shop Walmart , but I live closer to publix. I shop publix for the items I can't get at Walmart, because publix is way to expensive to do all my shopping. The people in publix are nice and helpful, store is always stocked well and store is clean. I also shop for buy one get one free. So thank you publix. Been here on multiple occasions and the staff/employees never speak. This has to be the most unfriendly Publix that I have ever been to. When I say customer service is at a 0 I mean it. Also I have picked up expired food on two separate times off the shelves. It's a convenient location but I'll drive five more minutes to the Kroger. read more

Online ordering is a joke. On several occasions I have ordered subs online but when I arrive at the store they aren't ready. This last time took the cake. I arrived to find my hot sub in the chiller and my other subs not even started. I expect a little bit more from Publix. read more

When I stopped grocery shopping at Walmart a few years ago, this is the store I chose to replace Walmart with. The customer service is great (the raw meat department not so much but still good), stocked items and easy to find places. The prices are a tad bit higher than Walmart but I'll gladly pay for it because of their customer service. It matters a lot to me! I have no complaints for this store location. read more

Publix has really good subs, but this Publix sub department needs to get a move on. I went today and this young lady was so slow, I wanted to jump behind the counter to help. She was so busy chatting with her customer...Meanwhile, I did all my shopping and came back only o find she was still with the same customer. Went to another store for subs. I'm there all the time- some things are a little pricer than at competitors, but it's very convenient and I save a ton using Publix brand items. I have honestly never been disappointed by their store brand items- and I am picky... I would definitely taste the difference. Unfriendly Service! I went to get a Bread Roll lying loose in a box. When I asked for a roll, the lady at the bakery said who would buy one roll! She taunted without knowing the fact that I had already bought 2 rolls earlier and I needed only 1 more. well, it is none of their business why I am buying one or two. They are selling Bread Rolls loose for a reason! If they want customers to buy 6 at a time they better pack the rolls in a bag. Then I left the store very disheartened. Then I came back to store to actually return the roll but went upto bakery to see their reaction. As I was walking towards the bakery, the lady pointed me out with her eyes to another co-worker (male) next to her as if she was saying she is the one I was talking about! and that guy looked at me. All these was so insulting that I will never ever go back to this Publix!!! God knows what she had to say to that co-worker and what the bakery department started having problems in me buying a roll. oh wait a minute not only that when I asked for Multi-grain roll (Ciabatta) she said plain roll is Ciabatta other is Muesli and I told her how I got Multi-grain from Walmart and already used it and was written Ciabatta on it and to my shock she said they (Walmart) might have wrong label on the Roll!!!!
