The owner is really great, always helping me and my girlfriend find the exact vape we're looking for and knows his product so well. If we're looking for a certain flavor or brand he either has it or it's already on the way it's incredible. He's a great conversationalist always down to just chill and chit chat while we look around and decide and has good recommendations based on what were looking for. He's never recommended me a flavor I didn't like. You can tell he really cares more about helping the customer than just pushing product. If I have a bad vape Wether it's already burnt or doesn't work at all or breaks soon after purchase I take it back and he's always happy to help fix the issue. This is the only vape shop I go to now, I will drive out of my way just to go there because I know I'm not gonna get a better place than here. I informed him that the vape was not hitting correctly and I needed a different one. He said he couldn't do anything about it... vape dies not even 5 minutes later. I later speak with him on the phone to be informed that he already knows the vapes have issues... yet he still keeps them on the shelf. Says he doesn't do exchanges or refunds... then why ask me to test the product before I leave? I spent almost $19 on a vape that lasted 2 minutes with no taste. Horrible customer service, horrible business. THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK
