Once I made my choice they were able to schedule me an appointment to bring my Jeep in fairly quickly for a full color change wrap. I paid a deposit of 2500 for a sign that they said they were going to be able to get the permit for and at the end they never could, weeks later to our surprise a company they hired to build the frame, show up to our office and said if i still wanted the frame, so I gave instructions to not talk to them cause at that time I didn't know I was going to get screw by 5280, and I felt it wasn't ethic for other company to tried to go over them ( if I would of know i was going to get screw, I would of gone straight with them). So when I confront them about my sign, we told them at least to build it and we would storage it for a future use, this was actually in person ( face to face ) they said ok ( this was after the other company came) so Im pretty sure they got problems with them and I end up with no sign and without my deposit back. People, be really careful, if you decide to do a job with them. Don't give them deposit unless they have done the job.

They changed the logo I gave them without approval and printed it anyway. The shirts they gave me were different shades of the same color from one shirt to the next, and even on the front vs back of the same shirt (they blamed it on the material but the other two places I have gone through didn't have a problem. They offered to reprint them all and told me I would have them on time for my event on Saturday the 4th. I called on Friday the 3rd to ask about picking them up and they had not even begun to print them because they still couldn't get the color right. They never bothered to tell me and I was left with not shirts for my event. I asked for a refund and was put off several times. Finally got the refund two weeks later after many phone calls and emails (which they never responded to).

The colors were off, the tree was not centered, they had I want to call it grayish green when it was supposed to be gray. They used violent when i said it needs to be a Dark Plum Color etc... They then proceeded to try to bs me and say well it will look like this color in this light and this color if it is limited etc.... as though the stitching they are using is metallic in nature which would be cool if they can do metallic embroidery. I am now forced to go somewhere else that can do the Project as they clearly cannot and refuse to fix the errors instead blaming the design which has two Colors Deep Plum Purple and Gray that is nothing else. We worked together on multiple installations, including custom frost on a 20-foot boardroom window, vinyl for a feature wall with a custom image, and a massive 20x15-foot dimensional wall installation made with wood and acrylic panels.
