Well, it is cash only, and a one-man-show! So I understood how he could keep the prices so low! So if you get there and he is busy helping someone or doing paperwork, give the guy a break because he is doing it ALL himself over there lol Plus he was funny and honest and let us know details (sun roof not working, etc). We got a 98 Jeep Cherokee Laredo with 140k~ miles on it for like 3k! Plus it was smogged and had new license plates and EVERYTHING. We didn't even have to go to DMV he did everything for us!!! It made it so easy we just drove it right off the lot with real license plates. REAL LICENSE PLATES. NOT THE WEIRD PAPER ONES. If you have cash and you need a car that is running from an honest guy, please check it out!

The Facts of the Transaction: During my transaction involving a 2011 Toyota Sienna, I provided a $5,000 down payment. Upon auditing the subsequent account documentation from the finance company, I discovered that this $5,000 down payment was completely omitted and never applied to the vehicle's principal balance. Furthermore, a LAW 553 Retail Installment Finance Contract was electronically executed under my name without my explicit knowledge, consent, or authorization. This contract was heavily inflated with unauthorized add-on products that I never requested or agreed to, including, an extended warranty, and additional itemized surcharges like catalytic converter etching. These actions directly violate state consumer protection guidelines, specifically concerning the deceptive addition of products without explicit, itemized consumer sign-off. Recourse & Remedy Information for Consumers: If you have experienced unauthorized contract inflations, unapplied down payments, or electronic signature discrepancies at this location, you have the right to seek direct financial remedy through the business's mandatory state licensing channels: Dealer Surety Bond Recourse: Every licensed used car dealership in California is legally required to carry a Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond to protect consumers from financial loss caused by fraud or contract misrepresentation. You can file a direct financial claim against their bond. Bond Provider Details: THE CORPORATE ENTITY BEHIND THIS DEALERSHIP IS REGISTERED AS NABER INC. THEIR ACTIVE MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER SURETY BOND IS ISSUED BY NATIONWIDE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY UNDER BOND #7901222283. How to Claim: You can contact Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company directly to request a bond claim form. Submitting your vehicle paperwork, original receipts, and copies of the DISPUTED LAW 553 CONTRACT OR WHATEVER YOUR COMPLAINT CONCERNS OR MIGHT HAPPEN TO BE this will initiate an independent investigation for financial recovery under their bond liability. Regulatory Reporting: You can also file an official non-compliance complaint with the California DMV Investigative Services Unit and the California Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division to dispute the validity of the transaction.

I heard about Nico at Midtown Autoworks on the NorCal Porsche FB group and called him for a quote, and his pricing was much more competitive than the dealer and other independent Porsche shops I contacted. He was also incredibly accommodating with my schedule and let me drop the car off a day early. When I brought the car in, Nico was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of my busy work schedule. I was expecting to leave the car there for a couple of days, but he completely surpassed my expectations and had everything finished within just a few hours so I could pick it up while my schedule was still light. I also brought in an exhaust valve controller at the last minute and asked if he could install it. Since the car was already on the lift and he considered it a straightforward install, he took care of it without even increasing the original quote, an awesome and unexpected gesture. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Great pricing, great communication, and even better customer service. I'll definitely be bringing my 992.1 GTS manual back to Nico and Midtown Autoworks for all of my future Porsche needs. Highly recommend!

TLDR: No-nonsense dealer who was an extreme pleasure to work with!…read more We purchased a lightly used EV from Zen Auto last weekend and it was a smooth, simple transaction from start to finish. Easily one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. Amir sent me an out-the-door pricing sheet over text (very straightforward, no extra bs fees). There was no haggling or excessive back and forth... he just gave me a great price on the vehicle I wanted and a competitive offer on my trade-in (via pictures.) We made the trip up to Sac to do the deal. As we pulled into the lot, we saw Amir and his crew detailing and charging our new car. Amir was super friendly, gave us a quick tour of the vehicle, and encouraged us to take the car out for a test drive. When we got back, he had all the paper work ready to go and all we had to do was sign. He was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and made the process a breeze. He even bought us lunch afterwards which we really enjoyed! Before this, my last few car purchases were direct-to-consumer Tesla buys and I didn't think I'd ever go back to buying from traditional dealerships again. But dealing with Zen Auto was an amazing experience and I'd definitely go back to them when I'm in the market again.

I brought my BMW to Niello specifically because they were running a $450 battery replacement…read morespecial. Otherwise, I likely would have gone elsewhere. The communication was confusing from the beginning. The battery was the primary reason my car was there, yet after drop-off I started receiving messages about an oil change, inspection, filters and other maintenance items and had to clarify again why the vehicle was actually there. The work was completed and I was eventually told my car was "all set." I had been out of town for the week and had already told my service advisor, Zahan, that I would be back over the weekend. I returned Saturday night. On Sunday, I called because I needed the completed car for work Monday morning. I knew Service was closed. I was not asking anyone to perform service. I had a spare key and was willing to pay immediately by card or cash. John was helpful and actually checked for the key. Jared later told me that "sales, service, and parts are their own separate things." That statement pretty much sums up the problem. I then spoke with William, the sales manager on duty. To his credit, he initially went to ask questions. But when I offered to bring cash because he said he could not accept Service payment, he told me I was an "excellent salesperson." Later, when I questioned why Sales could accept payment to sell a vehicle but could not help accept payment to release my completed vehicle, he said, "I'm sure you can talk me into saying yes to just about anything." I wasn't trying to sell anybody anything. I was simply trying to get my own car back. I offered a spare key, card payment, cash, and asked whether Service management could be contacted. Instead, the conversation became focused on why the departments were separate. There may have been a legitimate policy reason the vehicle could not be released Sunday. I can accept that. What I cannot accept is a dealership operating like Sales, Service and Parts are separate companies instead of one business responsible for its customer. I did not leave my BMW with "Service." I left it with Niello BMW Sacramento. And if this is how the Sales Department treats someone who came in as a Service customer, why would I ever want to buy my next vehicle from them? A service customer today can easily be a sales customer tomorrow. This experience did the opposite of building that relationship.
