Hello my name is Sherida Cheyanne Bryant. When I moved to Wichita Kansas I decided to use the…read morestorage space. Mind you I used several storage spaces throughout my whole life I grew up in foster care so the only home I really had was a storage for my belongings. I paid my first payment and moved in. I was pregnant with my son and my young daughter. I had so many sentimental and memorable things in my storage like my dog's ashes my high school diploma pictures of my mother and I that she gave me and she no longer can replace. Even though I missed my second payment only my second payment of being there they immediately auctioned off my storage without even giving me a payment plan or a chance to pay it off. I will never ever recommend anyone going to this storage and I will make sure I let everyone know what they've done to me and my children and they stole my property and they sold it to someone else. Everyday I cry about my personal belongings that these people just threw out and didn't give any care in the world. I will never forgive them and I wish nothing but bad for their company and business. Just like they didn't care about me I certainly will never care about them. I will do everything in my power to ruin this business like they ruin my life. Thank you guys for listening to me when this storage place wouldn't. While going to my storage unit a Mighty Movers crew was there and very unprofessional!!! They were…read morein front of my storage unit...not a problem and figured he would take 5 seconds to move a small box with plastic hangers in it to the side for a second but instead I was told to wait a minute while he went and grabbed a couch to put in the unit he was putting items into! I figured no problem I will scoot the box about a foot over so I can unlock my unit and when I did he loudly said..."Or not...and told me how I was being rough with her items! Then he kept running his mouth and I told him I guess I will see you in KDOC someday since you obviously are unprofessional and rude yourself! Him and the other two workers were then laughing at me about the whole situation while "their" customer witnessed their behavior! When I went outside I took a picture of their moving truck with phone numbers and truck number! While doing this the younger kid of the 3 walked out and I asked if the other workers name really was Tyler and he said No.. I then asked him what it was and he said he didn't know! I said you're working with them all day and you don't know their names? He said nope I'm a minor and he told me I was awfully old to be acting the way I was... just yet another professional behavior! Would NOT recommend if that's how their employees are allowed to be! I've called the company with no phone call back as of yet! Update: I have talked to a lady at Mighty Movers and she said she didn't know what went wrong but that the customer said I was throwing her boxes everywhere and that the kids were professional... so with that which is very untrue because I was about 5 feet from the lady and verified with her at the time that I simply pushed a box of hangers a few inches to unlock my unit and she agreed! As for Mighty Movers, it appears they just take their employees word for it and don't care what the general public views are about their unprofessionalism! Another Update: As you can see by the owners response they are not holding their employees actions accountable! My review will stay posted as is and it is also how they probably have a high rating because they treated those voicing the truth with threats of legal action! In addition I have phone records showing I called a Tommy back twice yesterday and never received a phone call until I could reach out this morning!
