The employees are nice, but beware…read more.. They will charge you full price for an ENTIRE month if you carry over 1 or 2 days into the next month. They did not explain this to me prior and are basically charging me for two months for 30 days of usage. Absolutely ridiculous. Keep this in mind when planning out your storage needs.

The gentleman who dropped my things off, 14 days after they were originally picked up, said my things were loaded onto his truck in a parking lot of a truck stop because he happened to be going in the direction of the delivery. From the moment he opened the back of the truck I knew my things were damaged. As I opened the crushed, misshaped boxes, many of my things were broken. I asked for clarification about making claims for the broken items and was not provided any information.

At 6pm the company I ordered from called and was able to get a hold of someone (amazing it didn't go straight to voicemail) and they were advised our item was on the truck and running about 20 minutes behind... It is now 8:15pm on Thursday and nothing has been delivered. I called earlier and someone was supposed to call me back and that never happened. No one is there past 5pm.

Advertising and offering 1 rate unchanging for unit contract duration, then handing a conflicting contract that allows rate increases for customer to sign. Extreme rate increases follow. 2. Advertising secure storage which is not accurate. My unit was easily broken into from the neighboring unit due to flimsy plasterboard as only separation, easily taken down from within neighboring unit. 3. Worse than poor customer service. And frequently changing employees unwilling or unable to handle big or small issues. 4. Dirty facilities and eroding facility makes storage items dirty and debris ridden. 5. Unbelievable rip off and frustrating experience overall. Beyond low standards for business performance.

We had items stollen from this facility and were told that they had caught someone and we could check back in about 5 months, and we should be able to see if our items were in this other unit. When we came to ask about it we were told it had already been done and none of our items were in there. When we first told the front desk person she didn't even file a claim. We came back about 3 weeks after the complaint to add more items and she couldn't even find the sheet. Finally found it on her desk. They lie about the cameras. Don't trust them if you see them, they don't work. We purchased insurance through them but were told that they couldn't find any evidence of a break in and wouldn't cover it. We lost over $1200 worth of items. The company was called something else when we first rented the unit. (Don't remember their name.) But the same lady was working the front desk for both companies. We moved our items out as quickly as possible and will never use them or recommend them to anyone. -0 rating for you.
