Michael was the associate who assisted me at this Public Storage location, and he was excellent. Very thorough and patient. I had a million questions and he answered them all with a beautiful smile on his face. I would recommend this Public storage to anyone looking to store their belongings. I own a lot of sentimental items that money could never replace, and I feel secure knowing Public Storage goes the extra mile to protect my things. Michael did mention that he was new to the company, but I could not tell. He was very knowledgeable about the units, the size I would need, and the items I would need to move. What I thought would be stressful turned out to be a pleasant experience. I came in to price a unit and packing supplies. Candace assisted me and was very professional, knowledgable and a wonderful attitude. She doesn't treat you like just another customer. She made it feel like she really cared about our needs. She answered every question I had and trust me, I had a lot of them. But she was never irritated by our many questions. She was enthusiastic to help us to say the least. I had a perfectly professional experience renting a new unit with Andrale in the office.
