I was in a desperate situation and looking for housing. But I also needed an affordable place to store my belongings while searching for a place to rent. When I first walked up to the counter I was greeted by Pauline, whose manor not only put me at ease but also encouraged me that thing would work out for me. Often I would have to come back to my unit to retrieve items and see Pauline wave and it really gave me a sense that my situation and belongings were cared for and important to Public Storage. They were more than willing to find the right size unit for my belongings and didn't give me a hassle when I was ready to move into a place and close my unit. If I ever need to open a storage unit in the future, I will always go to Public Storage first, with the hopes that I'd find someone like Pauline once again. Victoria promptly and thoroughly completed the required documents, and my family didn't have to stand around wasting valuable time. I rented a unit a couple weeks ago we showed up and kimberly showed us the space we wanted. When we showed up to move our things in some family needed to store more items in our unit, but luckily kimberly worked with us and got us in a bigger unit she was so nice and understanding about the situation and very helpful.
