Don't rent from bargain dumpster in Dallas. I'll never do it again. Their driver cracked the…read moreconcrete driveway neglectfully backing up along the edge of the concrete and grass to pick up a dumpster, and then neglectfully drove through the yard on the other side when turning to leave. I called to report the neglectful damage and sent an email (per their request) with a photo of what the driver did. No response for days, so I sent my email again. Then got an email from "Kim", who basically told me too bad, I signed an agreement saying their not responsible for anything (regardless of neglect). So, I called that day to ask "Kim" if that's how she wanted to conduct business, she said "yes" and finished our call by saying "have a great day". What a total lack of integrity. The right company to call is BUDGET DUMPSTER, not bargain dumpster.

They have charged me a bunch of additional charges for inaccurate and bogus fees. This company charges weight overage fees for their dumpsters and per item flat rate fees for certain items like mattresses and tires; which is understood and stated in their policy. This is my second rental from this company, both rentals were 20 cubic yard dumpsters. With their 20 cubic yard dumpsters they allocate 2 tons of material included; anything over that and they charge per ton over. My first rental, last year, was regular construction debris and I filled the thing up to the brim...under 2 tons final weight. This time around, I was disposing of the same type of construction material (2x4s, plywood, glass, sheetrock, shower tile.). There was probably about 2 or 3 cubic yards of unused space left in the front of the dumpster. However, this time they have charged me for items that were not in my dumpster (I hand loaded the dumpster myself over 2 days with construction materials and have a list of everything that was disposed). I also inspected the dumpster before pickup to make sure no one illegally dumped materials in my dumpster.They are now trying to charge me for 6 tons, and again, 3 tires that were not in the dumpster. With the same type of material, and actually less volume this last time around, I do not understand how they think it is realistic that the weight can go from 4,000 lbs (or less) to 12,000 lbs. Another red flag is they are stating the dumpster weighed exactly 12,000 lbs. Upon reaching out to the company multiple times they continue to change their story about when items like tires are removed from the dumpster for itemized charging. When I asked why they took a photo of the tires by themselves and not with any of my other contents visible in the photo, the support rep said tires get removed before they go to the landfill; meaning most likely, the tires would have had to be on the surface or at least exposed at pickup. She then went on to say they pay the landfill $25/tire (which they then charge customers $50/tire) minutes later she said the landfill charges them by weight for the tires. On top of all this, they were 4 days late to picking up the dumpster per prior scheduling which made me eligible to get fined by the city. My conversations with them have left me highly suspicious with how they are documenting weight and items picked up. Somehow they got someone else's dumpster mixed up with my account, or they were intentional with the inaccurate weight and items within my dumpster. Either way, they are not willing to help resolve this and are charging me just shy of $700 in ADDITIONAL fees on a $500 initial rental. Never renting from them again.
