About 20 minutes into the move one worker tried fighting the other then he stormed off which left only two movers. They disasembled my things and packed the truck quickly however when it was time to remove items from the truck. my dresser mirror was broken. My infant's brand new pack and play that was only used once is missing pieces that support it so I cant use it anymore for my baby. The worse part was all of my kids belongings were thrown in one rom instead of seperate rooms and was not set up or placed properly. I had to move everything from one room to another and reassemble them. I complained to the owner about my mirror and he explained that his worker used wood glue and that should fix it. My movers didn't arrive on time, and the one who did show up had no idea where his partner was or who else was supposed to come. I had to spend the first 30 minutes making phone calls to figure out what was going on. I was told another mover would arrive in an hour from my 5 pm start time, which pushed my move-in back after a long drive from another city. Once both movers were there, they did a great job and completed the move in about two hours. They were professional and efficient, and I appreciated their hard work.
