I read some of the other reviews where some said Allen was loud and came off as being rude, Allen is a louder speaker probably because his hearing is messed up, this man is a aging Vietnam Veteran, yes he speaks loud but rude he was not. I did not lease a spot from this business, solely because I feel the drive is too far from my residence, and who wants to deal with the traffic on the east side.
