Beware. Easy to sign up. But can never get a person. If you do, they are rude. The gate rarely works. The app has never worked to open the door, so better remember the long code. They say their auto pay doesn't go through when payment was made. Bank said no issue on their end. Even after making manual payment, they still email me and say no payment. What a waste of time. Of course, nobody answers. I'm afraid I'm going to show up one day and the stuff will have been sold like someone had happen. Oh, and you sign a waiver so they are only liable for 5k if they damage your stuff and you have to carry insurance. Final straw, just a few months later, rent increases by a large amount. Incredibly frustrating experience! Do NOT store your belongings at this location! First and foremost they have raised our rates significantly several times during the short time we've been customers. Just to put that in perspective, we have a 10 x 20 unit that's costing $245/month!!! Secondly, the location itself is unkempt; no security cameras anywhere, pavement is an absolute mess and there are potholes everywhere, not to mention flooding throughout. Many lights aren't working so if you go in the evening you can't see anything. They repainted the units months ago but still haven't added the numbers so you can barely see them. Once we came and the gate was stuck open so anyone could get in and when you try calling you never get through to anyone! Oh and the best part, make sure you read the lease agreement because I did not and discovered they do not prorate move outs!! So even though we notified them the 1st of the month, they're still going to charge for the whole month! Just absolutely nauseating! read more

Not concerned with security of stored items. Multiple times the manager left the gate wide open since "maintenance" was not available to fix it and stated she could not lock out customers. I attempted to leave messages voicing my concern with corporate and never received a return call. Large rate jump a couple months ago with little warning and no reason. Unfortunately I am stuck here until home is ready. Will be so glad to be gone. Staff might be friendly, but this does not translate into a safe, secure, and reasonably priced facility. I was surprised the snow was plowed enough to access unit in winter. Really wish I could think of more positive things. read more

Great staff, Debbie and Michelle are awesome. Corporate however needs to treat loyal customers better instead of raising the rates. I understand incentives for new customers, but don't take advantage of your loyal customers. Had to leave because to get better rate elsewhere. They should've worked with us to stay. This unit was very helpful in the time of needing it. Nobody really likes to pay extra bills. But I believe it was a pretty decently fair price for the size. I am upset about my mattresses being damamaged by a water leak of some type. They were black and moldy in a matter of 2/3 months. Had to throw them away... new mattresses, in the trash. That they don't provide. I HATE that they don't have a single trash can in that place. I mean I understand you don't want or neeed dumpsters overflowing with people furniture. But at least some cans at the end of the unit buildings would be cool to toss some basic trash out at. So come clean out date bring tons of garbage bags with you and get ready to take your trash in your truck or car and drive to a dump/steer to throw your stuff out. Most of the staff is always friendly and they usually respond in good time. So I suppose it depends on your own experience on how you want to look at to is place. I'd recommend it if you need storage but not fully and be careful what you put inside cas it could get ruined other than that, I enjoyed my stay with public storage. read more
