This place!!!! I was guaranteed a permanent $35/month in the beginning, . Knew it wasn't a realistic. Spoiler, they use a call center. Was super happy with E.S.S. until.... the shocker. I received an upgrade from $46/M to $93/M by "market analysis." I had to wait to get this Rv Storage spot. Now, I'm leaving ASAP. They were full. Now I see MANY available spots. Also, the gate has been broken for months. I worked with them and escalated it to a regional guy. Got one extra month at $46. Move on if you're renting or not. 5 start to 1 star. I'm bummed. Beware of extra space storage and I advise not to go to the storage company they can raise your storage rent at any given time and there's nothing you can do about it after three months of being there and them charge me late fees because they didn't put my credit card on file like I asked they raise my rent $30. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard usually they wait a year before they raise it at all so any deal that they're giving you you're gonna be paying for the money you saved in the long run because they will raise your rent they can raise it a month after you move in. I stored my travel trailer here in their outside lot for a couple of seasons. This spring when I got it out of storage, I noticed that someone had hit it. I called immediately and reported it. From where the damage was, I knew it must have been the people next to us so that narrowed it down. The storage lot would not investigate for me. They would not tell my insurance company who the parties were so the insurance company could investigate. I even got the police involved and they still wouldn't cooperate. My insurance would not fix my travel trailer because the damage was under my deductible. Don't park your vehicles here. They will take your money (the rates kept going up too) but they won't stand behind you if there is a problem. Beware! read more
