Was late on a payment but still had time to pay (my things wasn't up for auction but yet and still they cut my lock off and took pictures of my things when I still had time to pay. on top of that it was really no need to cut the lock off when they could have just put their lock on the unit. And They force you to pay $20 for their lock because they automatically charge you for it. I would NOT recommend

The manager said "yah someone messed up." She offered no solutions or empathy to the situation. When she walked away the girl running the register said "This is why I quit.
